We stop in every time we’re in town and have loved the food, friendly atmosphere, and great service every time. This last time we showed up not long after they opened, and when I asked for a whole wheat tortilla, the sweet woman made me one immediately. Then when I asked for a veggie style salad, the second woman offered me the new fajita veggies and made happily chatted with the other woman that was working the grill, making sure I would have fresh fajita veggies. Then we went to pay and the last worker was so friendly as well. He confirmed our order and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was cooked to perfection. I love that I can go to Cafe Rio miles away from our old home town and can get the same great food with even better service.

I would suggest going here if you want to have missing food items. Staff doesn't care. Last 5 times they have missed items. They put the key lime pie in the bag sideways. I had to go back to the store to pick up a part of my order. Got to eat my food cold.

Disappointing Experience at Cafe Rio - Won't Be Returning to This LocationI recently visited Cafe Rio this past Wednesday, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite the initial positive impressions, several issues arose that significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.First and foremost, I opted for the special of the day (Tostada plus drink for about $10.49), only to find myself overcharged ($16.62 after tax). To my dismay, the final amount exceeded even the regular price of the item ($14.71) to which I didn't get any extras. This left me feeling frustrated and questioning the transparency of the pricing at Cafe Rio.Furthermore, my visit began with a delay in placing my order. I had to wait for the staff to finish preparations as they had just opened 15 minutes prior. While I understand the importance of proper setup, it was disheartening to have to wait before being able to place my order, especially during the restaurant's operating hours.On a positive note, I must acknowledge that the workers were courteous and friendly, which helped alleviate some of the initial disappointment. Additionally, the food, although not exceptional, had a decent taste.However, despite these positive aspects, the issues with overcharging and the delay in service overshadowed my overall experience at this particular Cafe Rio location. As someone who typically frequents another Cafe Rio branch, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this specific location in the future. I hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to ensure a more satisfying experience for future customers.

Visited this location earlier and our food was awesome. The staff at this location was kind courteous.
It reminds me of chipotle; however the BEST version that there could ever be lol. They have many options for different types of meals you can order. You can also customize things like the sauce , meat and toppings that you want. I got the enchiladas and they were packed with chicken. The rice and main part of the dish were amazing and had so much flavor. The portions are also fairly large. Yes you pay 15-16 dollars for a meal but you get a nice sized plate. They also were able to prepare my food in about 8 minutes! I would definitely eat here again.

Food was great. This was my second time visiting Cafe Rio since we do not live near one. I had a burrito enchilada style with chips and guacamole and sour cream. Everything was delicious!Parking: Parking was easy.
We chose Cafe Rio to cater our end-of-season team banquet. Food was sooo yummy! It was ready on time and packaged well for no spills during transit. Plenty of food to serve our large group. The price was reasonable, which allowed parents to be able to come celebrate with their player, rather than sending only the player to an expensive dinner. We received many compliments from players and parents about the good food and how it greatly contributed to our successful team banquet. Thanks Cafe Rio!
