This Chick fil A is a nightmare. I have been a loyal customer for years at this location. Service has gone downhill IMMENSLY. Every. Single. Time. I place a curbside order I either get someone else’s order, an item missing, or something I did not order at all. I live 15-20 minutes away from this location, so it is not always convenient to come back and get the correct items. I have let it slide, but I just can’t anymore. The amount of times I’ve had mistakes made has to be over 10. It’s even expected when I order here. It has gotten to the point that I’m literally calling this location to complain because I’m sick of wasting money. Even then they don’t fulfill their promise of reimbursing me through the app. I always have to follow up with them on where my refund is. You can only use the “I’m sorry you had a bad experience”, or “We’re training new employees” so much before it gets old. Management, do better. Period. Also, learn some better customer service skills, managers and employees alike. It’s not my fault that you got my order wrong, and I’m calling to complain about it. Getting my final refund and moving on. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed before you get my service again. Peace.

No love for religious nuts! I stand BACK and do not judge anyone's faith. I TOTALLY believe in one's right to practice their faith without prejudice!! But unfortunately those SAME people with whom I choose to "live and let live"....THEY never seem to behave the same way!! Hypocrisy is a BAD thing!!!
Hands down, ghettoist Chick-Fil-A I've ever been in personally. They had an attitude and tried to eat my chicken because I was a couple minutes late to pick up my food. Also some lady was giving a dude sloppy toppy in the parking lot.Yikes. I got some harsh second-hand emberassment from that. But besides the ghettoness, the food was actually good. I recommend this Chick-Fil-A to people who want good food with a side of disrespect.
