I have been coming here for at least 10 years. Every single time I order scallion/chive pancakes (as I do wherever they’re on the menu and these are by far the best I’ve ever had - perfect balance of doughy and crispy), fish cilantro dumplings, and mama’s special dumplings (regular steamed, not pan fried). I cannot speak to the rest of their menu necessarily, but this alone is the perfect meal. I will come back for the rest of my life. Everyone I know who has moved away from the area makes this a necessary stop whenever they’re back in town. This would be my last meal on earth if I were in a rare situation where I’d have the wherewithal to choose one. Thank you, Mama Dumpling!Oh, PS, you gotta mix the red pepper chili oil and soy sauce with vinegar. That’s gonna be the essential bath for the above food. Enjoy!Parking: The attached parking lot can be tricky during busy hours but parking in the Giant parking lot directly next door is a good hack.

Dine in experience was ridiculous. I was short on change and lady kept asking for more tip after ordering just one dish. I order frequently and always remember to bring card to pay, but the one time I forget she was giving me a hard time. Dumplings have also lost quality. Time to find new place!

The lady who was taking orders was absolutely rude for no reason whatsoever. The cooking of the food was completely off and lacking.My advice is that they fix that lady's attitude or she will end up putting off many customers. As me and my friends will never return here again

Dine in review for 3 people. Food came out quickly and hot. Delicious dumplings as always, and appreciate that the sauces are at each table to make your own dipping sauce. We ordered take out as well and that was brought tableside at the right time.

Whenever we want Dumplings, my mouth starts watering when I think of Mama’s Dumplings at China Bistro. They are so good - almost a spiritual experience. This restaurant doesn’t even have a four star reputation. That’s because people come in and order other things. I have never known of anyone who wasn’t blown away by the Dumplings. If you go, that is what to order. You will find yourself at home days later and all of a sudden they will come to mind. ENJOY!

However, this time when we finished and was about to go, the server stopped us and demanded that we pay her 18% tip when I already signed 15%. To be honest, her service was not up to standard for 18%. I would not visit again if that server is still there.
