Free parking, arrive at 14:00 our number was 100 the guy calling out the seating number doesn’t do so in any order he can call out 50 than next number will be 200 and than 23 and so on.Got seated at 14:40. Received 1 napkin for 4 people to share. order a bowl of rice that never came. Dim sum came out like 1 item every 5 mins and was very selective. I even ask if I can just order what I want the menu and the kid said no they will bring out the carts soon. Got tired of waiting to eat 1 item at a time so we try to pay , but was told I have to go to the counter to pay. So I did that and waited 5 minutes to pay while watching the cashier process other patrons that didn’t have to pay at the counter for them. I guess the plastic Asian rivalry is real here. Plastic Asian definition is = East Asian’s plastic surgery is natural for them so everything about them is fake.

Granted we came on a busy day, which was Easter so I don’t mind if the service is a little bit slow. However, we waited over an hour to get seated because their system for seating people is extremely flawed. They gave us a paper with a number and just called our number when the table is ready. We had been waiting about 45 minutes already and when we asked how many people ahead of us, the host said 2, but then called 7 different groups so we ended up waiting about another 30 minutes. I work in a restaurant so I understand that a majority of what the host had said was just an estimate. They called our number but a different group of people walked up and took our table, the host didn’t check their number ticket to make sure they were the right number. When we told that to the host, he said we would be the next table but then proceeded to seat 3 more tables instead. The food: The food was delicious, but with the service, it was DEFINITELY not worth the time and money. The service: This isn’t like any traditional restaurant where they take your order. They come around in carts with items and they just ask you if you want it. At first they came around immediately and it was very quick, but as time went on we went from waiting 5 minutes, to 15, to 30, to 45 whole minutes before anyone came around with a single cart. We were skipped multiple times and whenever we flagged down waitresses they just kept telling us “a cart will come around”, there was never a cart. I work in a restaurant so I know when the problem is the customer or the service. This problem was with the service. Waiting 45 minutes for three spring rolls is absolutely ridiculous. Never have I been to a restaurant with worst service than this. There is so many other things that happened with ordering and them charging us way more than what we had “ordered” (if you can even call this ordering)*extra note: multiple members of my family received dirty dishes .The image is all we had received in the hour and a half we sat there (most of it was spent waiting). Keep in mind we said yes to virtually everything that came by in carts and a lot of it we had to flag down our waitress and ask them to get it for us because there was no cart on the floor. We ended up just cutting off our lunch then and there and wanted NOTHING more than to just leave. We were extremely unsatisfied and angry when we left. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and I will not be coming back, nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone.Come here if u want to waste ur time staring into space.

Horrible service, long wait time (expected) we received a waiting number but had to wait extra long because when our number was called someone took our table without the staff bothering to even check the number. We ate for 45 minutes and didn’t even reach the second round of food, and the food we had was mediocre at best, plates full of appetizers. The cart of food past us multiple times including carts of food that included our order. When asked about this they told us it’d be a 20 minute wait for the cart to come around to us (despite being seated right outside the kitchen). 3 hours of waiting and starter food, unprofessional staff and flawed system. NOT WORTH IT FOR DINE IN.Update: when we brought up our ordering problem to who i am assuming is the head waitress. She accused is of lying?

Some of the best dim sum in the area. Plentiful choices on the carts, well made and fresh. Perhaps a touch more expensive than standard but I feel it's worthwhile for the quality. Also not as crowded as some of the others, so you could roll up at noon and probably land a table without a wait.I recommend the Har gow and the char siu pastry, super good. Sio Mai was a little gamey and off, unfortunately.

Food here is excellent, best place for dim sum and Cantonese food in the area by far.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, plenty of room.

We loved this place. We went friday morning and were able to get quick service. One thing that didnt make much sense was that it seems they want you to select all of your dim sum at once. We wanted to select a few at a time to make sure we didnt over eat. I think we might have confused the wait staff. This would have been more enjoyable on the weekend with dim sum cart delivery, but apparently that can be super busy. Our thought there aligns with reducing overall confusuon with wait staff. We will definitely be back though. The food was great!Parking: Make sure you get your parking ticket validated for free parking!

The best dim sum in the area and second fav is Taste of HK in Centreville.China Garden has carts and so many OG options, and it’s fast and fresh. Worth the drive (only 25-30 mins) from NOVA. Highly recommend!!

Server came back after I paid and demanded minimum of 18% tip, and did not give great service. They should just state that there is a minimum expected charge before customers choose to dine here instead of rudely demanding more tips after the

Great food and speedy service. Staff are nice. I understand nowadays restaurant waiting staff are living off the tips.

Had the dinner combo dinner. My Szechuan Shrimp was lacking much shrimp and was very disapointing. But my guests Human Chicken, General Tso chicken and crispy beef looked great.

Busy busy during the weekends for fim sum, but seating can be pretty fast depending on how many you have in your party. In our experience, it takes about 20-30 min to seat 3 or 4. Larger parties may get seated faster since they have many large tables that accommodate 6+. With that said, they are very fast with taking your tea/drink order once you are seated, so be prepared with what you would like. My go-to tea is the chrysanthemum, which traditionally comes with crystal sugar cubes. It's very fragrant and does not have any caffeine unless you mix with other black tea. It can get a bit loud, but we are usually still able to hear everyone at the table. Love the pork and duck egg congee. I suggest the drier pan noodles, which I didn't take a picture of over the noodles in sauce. I always ask for less sauce on everything they sauce at your table - otherwise, it's very salty for my taste. The non-sauce noodles are a bit less salty. I love Chinese broccoli, and the plate is heaped full and drenched with oyster sauce at your table. We also got fried sesame balls filled with lotus paste (sorry, no picture since my little one grabbed them for themselves and defalted them! ). The duck is very meaty, unlike other dim sum places I've been to. Also, tastes great. Overall, food comes out fast, so be prepared to pace yourself and choose wisely! But if you do over order (like I always do), they provide ample takeout boxes. And ask for fortune cookies or grab them on your way back from the washrooms to your table! Happy eating!

This place has never let me down! Nasty weather out today and we did carry out dim sum from here. All was tasty as usual! The Har Gow, beef rice crepes, chicken feet- nothing disappointed!! Glad this place is still thriving!

A lovely dim sum visit for December 31, we only had to wait maybe 15-20 minutes for a seat -- given the crowds, they turn over tables relatively fast. Yummy food all around, pleasant decor, and a nice time.
