Disappointed in the burrito bowl yesterday at the Pike and Rose Chipotle. :( There was free guacamole offered 2/29/24, but media announcements did not mention you had to buy a full entree to get "free guacamole". No problem. The big issue was with the "free guacamole" which was NOT in the bowl. Instead, there were 3 sections of unripe avocados I needed a knife to cut through laid under the cheese that were not even cut, diced, etc. with red onions spread on top! That was NOT free guacamole!

They really don't care about quality or service. I decided to wait for a new batch of fajitas and a guy from the back jump screaming me I have fajitas here. When I checked at home, what they gave me as fajitas was so disgusting that I had to discard all the tacos. What a waste of money! Avoid this place!

Updated to say that I contacted Chipotle Customer Service (per the owner's reply to my original comment), and am even MORE discouraged. According to that reply, it's at the discretion of each individual store to decide if they want to charge for sides, like in this case. And the individual noted that "most items that would comfortably fit in a burrito bowl wouldn't be charged for." But as you can see in my case, this particular store did choose to charge me for something that would've fit fine in my bowl.Very disappointed with my visit today. I always appreciate eating at Chipotle because I think it's an excellent value for the price you pay for a meal. However, today when I got my receipt, I saw they charged me $1.55 because I asked for my salsa sauce on the side. I always have done this, so I can add it when I'm ready to eat and it doesn't just sit there and get soggy if I can't eat it right away. It was the medium salsa so it's not an upcharge if I get it on my burrito bowl, so why am I being charged for that now?! It's ridiculous. Very disappointed - not sure if it's just this location but be aware.

Food was not up to standard. Do not come here if you want dinner at 7:30pm. I ordered a bowl with double protein - Barbacoa which for $10.95 better be great. I was served a massive clump, no a fatty ball of meat that you could barely even bite into. Step up your food if you want to be out here robbing people and serving absolute garbage.

Came here to pick up an Uber eats order…after someone asked me who am I picking up for and I showed him my phone and he confirmed the name…another lady who was doing something else who looked annoyed barked oh it won’t be ready anytime soon…same guy just picked up the order on the counter and handed it to me…thank you ma guy…but regarding he lady…this is the kind of people we have to deal with on a daily basis when going to get stuff where money is already paid…unbelievable.
