This place has had plenty of feedback even at the corporate level to change things for the better. Walked in today and said to my husband, "Let's see what they are out of today." Sure enough, the dressing for my salad. The employees barely interact with the customers and mumble. They have no idea what is in the salads and constantly ask each other how to make the salads and bowls. Corporate no longer responds to my messages. This place needs to close. Sweetgreen blows them out of the water. Everytime I go to this location, the only thing consistent is a missing ingredient (chicken, that's a big one), wrong orders, or just lazy staff who can't wait to get back to socializing with each other.

The manager was rude never had I felt so ignored at any establishment no greeting no Thank you basically no acknowledge besides asking for my payment, as the gentleman behind me got a greeting, offer utensils and even thank him. I will not be returning to this location ever.

I miss the fact that they chopped the salads up. It used to be my go-to place for a salad because you could always eat there in a lunch meeting or chat with friends without worrying about having to cut your salad or get a large piece of lettuce that you have to slowly work on... or even having a piece of lettuce get stuck and flick salad dressing on your clothes. But all good things must come to an end, and now my lettuce insecurity is back. I know, first world salad problem.

Food is delicious and people are nice, but I don't think I have EVER ordered from here and had my order come out correct. Missing shrimp, missing egg....all expensive, mind you....

The general manager Joelle is absolutely lovely, she was extremely friendly, kind, welcoming and super helpful.Her coworker Alex was also nice and held the door open for a woman in crutches and even brought the food to her car.All in all I would go here again just for the wonderful staff.

I saw an order sitting on the counter and just wanted to double check that it was mine before I walked off with it. But when I (politely) asked, the employee seemed deeply irritated that I spoke to her at all. Like how dare I make sure I’m not taking someone else’s food???If you like being randomly snapped at, this is your place…

Came here last weekend with my tween daughter. First time here ... we were looking for something quick since we were already at Congressional.We had the Caesar and Cobb salad. It took 30 minutes for us to get our salads, which was ridiculous. It felt as if both people preparing our salads, were hired that day, didn't even cut or slice the boiled egg and avocado, it was odd. We each had a big bowl of salad, however, it consisted of a lot of the (white) stem part of the lettuce that you can't eat. We were not happy with the salads, the time we spent getting them or the price. It was $24 for two salads, we didn't even get drinks. Unfortunately, we will likely not be returning.

Every time I come in, I do an order pickup. I get the text that it's ready but when I come in the order hasn't even been made. I end up waiting even longer when I'm already in a rush (that's why I chose pickup) and not to mention there usually only one or two other customers in the store. The staff is also not the nicest bunch. Hire more people if you can't keep up with orders. I used to love this location but there are better options to choose from in the area.

Super love this location, not just because of how fresh and delicous it is, but most importantly the staff. The manager is always so extra kind. I've only walked in there a few times but everytime feels like I've been coming there for years. They really make you feel welcomed! Thank you Chopt Rockville team! You make my heart happy ?

Every.single.time. I got this chopt location, I instantly regret it. The workers are passive and rude. They always seem to have newbies that are not trained properly.

Food is good. You either know Chopt or you don't. I have been to a few locations. The service at this one is the least gracious of any I have visited.Vegetarian options: Very good for vegetarians. Many options. This is a salad joint.
