I came here to the new location to see what’s up with it after Rockville relocated. I was NOT disappointed. First of all, the pizza was amazing (pretty much like EVERY single CEC, lol! The staff was super nice. Since the robots are destroyed, all the old art trashed, and the place looking way more minimalistic and modern, I rated the atmosphere a 3. Everything other than that was perfect. I’d definitely go again if I was in the area.Vegetarian options: I mean, they have a salad bar? Cheese pizza, stuff like that. I guess you could come here if your vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Ehhh, food is super greasy. They got some good salad though.Parking: Parking is just huge.Kid-friendliness: Literally a place made for children. “Where a kid can be a kid!”

Totally ridiculous that the pass for the trampoline is expensive apart from the fact that every time you go you have to buy one and the socks you buy for one purpose are not useful for the next time it is unheard of $12 only worse that the children get bored quickly I think they should to change that policy and allow those who already have the socks to use the trampoline without having to buy every time they visit the facilities

When we arrived early for our party as instructed, we were then forced to stand there and wait for 30 minutes while our space was being prepared. This was a huge inconvenience considering we adhered to your early set-up policy, and then needed to wait due to your facility's poor time management skills.Once we were finally shown our party space, the table was not only set up with your decorations - which I had specifically requested you not to do - but the table was also set up for the wrong number of children.I was informed that this was a "system error," but how can that be when I received a confirmation email FROM your "system" that reflected the correct number of guests? To me, it sounds like your staff just did not make any effort to double check their reservations prior to the party date and update the sheets of paper they printed accordingly.I was extremely stressed out at this point, considering our guests were arriving on time, and our table was not even set up due to your staff not accommodating my requests to use our own decor. We wasted time and had to take everything off the table just to set it up properly all over again.A female manager came over and kept getting in my face about wanting to "help" me with my issues that we were experiencing.I informed her that I would like to enjoy my daughter's party, and if we could please speak AFTER the party was done. She proceeded to argue with me, and continue to push andget in my face, insisting on helping me right then and there instead of leaving me alone to finish setting up for the party, which SHOULD have been done 30 minutes ago.I repeated myself about five times, asking her to please leave me alone and let me enjoy my daughter's party, and that we can speak after the party has ended. She proceeded to then roll her eyes at me,and walk away from me mid-sentence. She made zero attempts at coming back once the party had ended, and in my opinion, needs to either be retrained on proper customer service, or fired.During the party, I was also very upset that one of the other managers told my older daughter that she was not allowed to play one of the games because it was,in his words, "only for toddlers." I informed him that I paid for my older daughter to have an "All You Can Play" pass, and she was going to utilize it.I was under the impression that Chuck E. Cheese totes the mantra that nobody is too old to have fun, but apparently your ageist managers do not share that philosophy.Imagine going to an arcade and being told that you cannot play a game that you paid for.Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I ended up getting needlessly stressed out by your incompetent staff, which then - due to my own health issues - caused me to become physically ill and experience horrible chest pains for the majority of my daughter's party. After my Husband and I shelled out almost $600 for this monstrosity of a party, I feel as though we were overcharged and improperly compensated for our poor experience, and harassment/bullying of your staff. I feel as though we are entitled to a refund of AT LEAST half the total cost of our party.I remember having my birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese many years ago, and they were the best memories of my life. Now, however, you have apparently chosen to take the fun and humanity out of the brand, aswe were put through a needlessly large amount of stress and inconvenience, and then had to suffer at the hands of your poorly trained, bigoted staff members.

First time at the new Kensington location it was packed and kids were having fun all around us. I worked with Sara the manager who helped me with coordinating a bday party online since I was having issues . She was great! Just seeing her in action helping her team and still managing to help guests. Just shows what a great leader she is. Congrats to this location and its team. I am excited to return for my son's birthday next month.

Absolutely the best location. The service and atmosphere is always pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. My son enjoys coming here for an easy fun afternoon. We just recently held his 6th birthday and the staff was so accommodating. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe fun place to take the kids. ?

REVISED. New policy cuts out more of the fun as its harder to split out play money once a pass is purchased making it so only one of us can play instead of everyone until the card is used up. Also new policy doesnt let you spend points on prizes that cost money anymore. My advice is for management to get back to core values and stop penny pinching.ORIGINAL review: The renovation has added new exercise/ movement games and games that adults can enjoy and really get into and lose themselves. I feel like they've raised the age level of Chuck E cheese to include the younger ones as it always has and the older siblings and parents.

The place itself is fun. The new policies are not. You can no longer use your tickets to get things that cost money. You can no longer split your card balance onto other cards unless you purchase at the desk. There's no warning at the computer kiosks. The second policy is really a terrible decision because more cards means people spend money faster.

Ordered threw doordash waited 30 mins just for them to cancel my order.. I don't get why because they close at 10PM if they didn't want to accept orders all the manager had to do was turn there doordash off ... just

Nice and big place compared to the first location but most of the games were not working when we were there. I hope they fix it soon.

These kids had the time of there life. The party host was amazing. And Chucky himself was obviously black. The dance moves were on point. The pizza was fresh, and the wings were good. Keep up the good job. Happy Birthday Mazi. Hope you had a great time.

My first time visiting this location with my children brought back childhood memories for me. My children and I really enjoyed ourselves. Chucky Cheese has a wide variety of adult and kid arcade games and it wasn't crowded. The food was delicious, the entire establishment from the dining area to the restroom was clean, and the best part was that they added a mini trampoline for the kids which i was amazed and impressed. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family and I will visit again in the future.
