Congressional Deli is a hole in the wall gem. I've been going whenever I could due to it being a little far from where I live, but the food is so worth it each time. My personal favorites are the Steak and Cheese, tuna and egg salad sandwiches. I believe they have an updated menu that is not on Yelp so I will upload that the next time I go. But seriously, if you're in the area and have a craving for a sub or sandwich, I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a really good Reuben from here: flavorful corn beef with molten swiss, tangy sauerkraut on crisp grilled Rye. Pro tip: get the Russian dressing on the side and dip away, much better way to enjoy a Reuben IMO.

Tried this delis thought I was going to a kosher delis but it's far from this. The food is ok but the atmosphere leaves allot to be desired so this one I'm skipping in the future. Kind of disappointed as it more like an Asian restaurant with some kosher style food. It's very small and dingy at best.
Your basic breakfast and lunch deli. Subs and sandwiches. Friendly staff. Quick to made.

A wonderful local deli with kind owners and delicious, cheap food.In addition to offering your standard deli cold-cut fare, they have delicious hot sandwiches (paninis, reubens, etc.) and some stupid good Korean offerings as well. The bulgogi and spicy pork subs are a must-try.I also applaud them for making easily the best french fries I've ever had in Rockville. They prepare them fresh with every order and salt them to perfection - they go great with the sandwiches. The owners themselves are also SO nice and remember their repeat customers. My partner is Korean so she always chats with them while we place our order and wait for our food.If I had a complaint it would be that their hours are not the best (they have been closing at 4:30 since the pandemic began), but that's okay. It's primarily a lunch spot and the husband and wife who run it are the only employees. They deserve a break at the end of the day!Overall a great local business that deserves support.

Nothing special. It was nice to see they had Zapp's potato chips from New Orleans. That was the only highlight. I will not be back. It was average all around for food and service.

I ate here the other day. Ordered the steak and cheese. I'm something of a steak and cheese aficionado, and I must say, Congressional Deli makes a good steak and cheese for a good price. Taste-wise it was on point, and at I think about $7 out the door, it was an unusually good value. The only negative as far as I'm concerned would be the size of the sub. I'm used to Mario's in Arlington, and they make probably the largest, most meaty steak and cheese around. Congressional Deli's is good, but it won't fill me up (I'm 210 lbs and am known for eating more in one sitting than anyone else around me). Long story short, Congressional Deli is a great option. Just order 2 if you eat a lot like
