This pizza was closest I've had to "New York" anywhere in the Maryland or DC area. John the owner was friendly, personable, engaging, professional... A delight to wait for the slices to come out. Best part: he said they'll add vegan cheese to a pie if you bring it in. Fantastic! Thanks, John! Keep up the great work, service, and food. spent $60 on 2 large pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks... my kids do love pizza but they stopped eating it and said wasn't very good. It is overpriced pizza for sure. I ordered one large pizza and one pizza with mushroom and peppers - $3 per topping?! Bottom of the pizza tasted burnt and it was black from the charcoal...maybe expected but too much black. now we know, unfortunately...

I have to say, it is a shame the pizza is so good and the service so bad. The pizza was done within 5 minutes of the order which was amazing. The pizza was extremely good and the lunch combo a great price for 2 slices of pizza and a drink. However; the customer service is poor. I was trying to order online and for some reason whatever website I was using to order it was giving me trouble . I called to ask for assistance and he told me I can’t order single slices in the phone. That is fine … but also I am having troubles with the app so good customer service would be to a) help the customer figure it out or b) make an exception since it was something not their fault. As I tried to ask for help he was just really vague and unhelpful. I was trying to trouble shoot basically by myself and once I kind of listed everything out because he wasn’t helping me at all; finally I happened to say something he could comment on. He told me they didn’t have that type of pizza….When I get there he comes to the front and I say I am here for a mobile order. He just stared at me sarcastically for about 3 seconds and opens his eyes a little wider at me. Then says for who? I was already irritated with my fist less than ideal interaction with him and I said you have to tell me what you want a name or an order number. The facts are that every restaurant is different some want name and some want order number. It wasn’t the craziest thing to wait and see which one he wanted. This man is unpleasant to have to deal with, sarcastic and I felt condescending. The pizza is good but I might thing second about going again because of the attitude of the employee. It was completely unwarranted because at no point up until the end when I was fed up with his attitude was I rude. I hope management sees this and has a talk with this individual working 3-3-24 at 3:00PM. Customers or anyone for that matter or fact should have to deal with someone acting like this if they have been respectful .

When to Rockville for a Pho75 jaunt (btw, they are better than LY) & thought CS wasn't far. It's been a while... Ordered online in the parking lot. Was ready in 15 min. Thin NY pizza so just added green peppers. Asked for well done. #noflop Pizza looked great! We all #knowtherules Got it home & it tasted great... Total was under $25. It's a FULL 18" pie #funsize If you feel like a solid NY slice, grab a pie from here- have a slice in the car, have another at home then graze on it until it's gone. If I could I'd go there weekly as a go to- Pizza Tuesday type, etc...

CS NY Pizza lives up to its name, its the best NY style pizza I've had in Maryland. I had the 18inch NY style pizza with pepperoni, and the traditional wings with buffalo sauce. The pizza dough was perfect, just the right texture, and the sauce was flavorful. The wings are also phenomenal, perfectly breaded and the sauce tasted homemade.Unfortunately they did not have the Sicilian pizza available when I came, and the price of the pizza is not exactly cheap - came to ~$22. I would give this a 4.5 star if possible, but leaned towards the 5 stars because the NY style pizza and wings really delivered.The shop is a very small, with only a small table for 2 and bar seating for 4. Recommend carrying out.Parking: Parking in the strip mall is free, but may get crowded.

Good pizza, but very slow service. Ordered at 5:30pm through Chow Now, with a pickup time of 6:10pm. Arrived at 6:10, told 2 more minutes. Asked again 5 minutes later, told another 6 minutes. Asked again 10 minutes later, and told another couples minutes. Ended up receiving the pizza around 6:30 and for my troubles, received a loyalty card with 2 holes punched ?

The guys were slammed with snow day orders but they communicated clearly when I arrived to pick up my pizza and they worked hard to get my pizza made. One at home the pizza was absolutely delicious! I ordered half pepperoni and half pepperoni/sausage. The crust was nicely toasted, with generous amounts of cheese and toppings. A delicious pizza! Will order again for sure

The service was very friendly and otherwise excellent, and the place looked clean. The cook needed to make a fresh pizza to give me a slice, which is always exciting. Unfortunately, it just didn't work out. The crust was dry and cracker-like. The sauce wasn't right. Nothing about it really said "New York Pizza".
