I live in Ocala, Florida and ordered birthday cupcakes for my mother-in-law from Cupcake Dropoff in Rockville, Maryland. These people are the greatest!!! their service went beyond what I had expected and cupcakes were delicious!!!! My in-laws simply LOVED THEM!!!! they said those are the best cupcakes they've ever tasted! Kuddos for an amazing service and helping me make the best of this birthday in spite of how far away I was!!!

Used these guys recently for a work party. We ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and they were perfect. The best part was we've gotten used to the small cupcakes that most other companies have and these guys cupcakes were huge in comparison. Cant wait for our next work function to order more!

Dropped off a fruit bouquet for my parents anniversary, left it in the sun and it was ruined. Then would not offer any apology or customer service response.

I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I ordered cupcakes and balloons for my boyfriend for his birthday. I was given drop off hours from 10:45-4 and they didn't deliver it to his office till 4:15. When I contacted them to ask about it, they blamed my boyfriend for not answering his phone to come to the street outside his work to get the gift. For having an almost 5 hour drop off window, getting them in last minute and late isn't really acceptable.

Great tasting cupcakes and awesome customer service. My order was placed last minute and I requested an earlier delivery time, and they agreed and actually showed up even earlier. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Red velvet cupcakes are to die for. :)
