The blizzards used to be good, but lately it seems like they're training new employees every week. The bottom half of the cup is always plain vanilla ice cream, and even the top part hardly has any toppings in it.

Dirty store filled with rude and condescending staff who in spite of my politeness and patience, always seem to be annoyed to do their job and antagonistic in their approach to servicing others. On top of this the store is often dirty and poorly lit. Frankly I have no interest coming back.

After waiting in line.... I tried to order a malt... and I was told no milkshakes.... to make it worse their face expression like if they enjoyed see me disappointed.... sad.

I wanted a blizzard, and this was the closest DQ. The parking was easy. Getting out of the parking lot less so. The entrance was one way,so I needed to go out down and behind the building. When I walked in there was only one person waiting. He was waiting for something else. The guy behind the counter asked what I wanted and told me the price, then started making it. I paid and had my blizzard as soon as I was done. The speed was great, I just wish I could have gotten my reciept. The guy walked off to work on something else and never came back.

I wanted to try a Blizzard but the small cup, the size of a small Dixie cup was $5!! ? I asked a customer how much her ice cream cone was since the prices were so expensive & she said she paid $1 (!!!) ?. So I downloaded the app but didn't purchase anything bc the app wasn't licking up my location. I hope to buy something affordable in the future, IDK ?♀

Came tonight with my kid—employees were letting people crowd around the pick up area and touch other people’s food.The chocolate ice cream tasted sour—definitely was either expired or not made/preserved right. I’m not sure what was going on, but we threw the ice cream away and went elsewhere.
