Denise Bakery

This is my first time here and I have mixed feeling about this place. Nothing fancy or special about this place just a regular hispanic bakery,( for the most part) It's very small and only have latino and hispanic cake and pastries which I find very delicious a little bit sweet then other places but still not that bad. They have a variety of baked goods for a relatively low price. Some items are very tasty such as the pineapple bar. Some are a little too sweet for me. The staff don't speak English very well, and they often mess up the price at checkout. Seems they don't know the price of every item and they just randomly enter a price by their hunch. A cute mom and pop bakery off of Viersmill with a small selection of Latin comfort food and pastries. My friends and I stumbled in here for some coffee and ended up staying for beef empanadas and a Napoleon pastry. The girl behind the Cashier was very helpful and friendly. She brewed up a fresh pot of coffee, explained their menu, and made us a plate of empanadas that were filled with potatoes as well. I loved them very much.
