The Taiwanese Hot Chocolate was mid. Also their geography is all messed up. Hokkaido is the northernmost part of Japan. I had to google it to make sure there wasn't also a Hokkaido in Taiwan. "The Hokkaido Essence" or whatever is just caramel, they said. How does it make sense for "Taiwanese" hot chocolate to have the essence of Hokkaido in it? That's like saying Portugese Iced Tea has as it's main ingredient Icelandic cinnamon.

i ordered a lychee black tea, which, at lower sweetness, had the perfect amount of sugar. the boba also tasted fresh, which is rare in the bigger chains in the area. service was also super quick--on the pricier side for boba but definitely recommend!

Attempted to give this place a second try. The first time I went I got the strawberry matcha latte and it was flavorless & did not taste anything remotely like matcha or strawberry. This time I tried the brown sugar milk tea and this was even worse. The brown sugar syrup was so THICK, it would not even mix with the milk, so all I was drinking was the milk. Unfortunately, won't be trying this place for a third time.

Very good tea. I recommend either Hokkaido milk tea for a strong tea flavor. I suggest 100% sweetness for American tastes. 75% or less for Chinese tastes.

Best milk tea ever. The tea flavor is so rich, that's what make it different from all other boba shops.

I stopped in to get my favorite, Taro Milk tea with boba after my birthday lunch down The Pike. I read Joy B.'s review a while back and needed to tick it off my bookmarks. It was very good and hit the spot after browsing around Yekta Market with my friend. I don't usually travel this far up The Pike from where I live, but now I know where to find a good taro tea I most definitely will return.

The best bubble tea my daughter and I have had in Rockville. They don't have the nitpicky extra charges that their competitors use. Friendly staff, too. ?

Tried Ding Tea for the first time. It's a cute little bubble tea shop with plenty of seating. They had a cute flower wall for picture ops. I tried the Strawberry Yakult with crystal bubbles. It was good but I would opt for less sugar next time. Service was quick and there was no line during the time I came.

I was the first customer of the day and I have to say the place was excellent. I got the regular milk tea with 30% sugar and grass jelly and it was really delicious. The staff were super nice and helpful. Ofc there was instagrammable backgrounds, but it's a nice place to hang out for a bit.

Ding Tea is an outlet which serves fruit teas, slushes and smoothies, coffee etc. Most of the items are served cold. Taste of teas is good enough. There are three types of glasses small, medium and large. The price of the different teas varies between usd 5 to 10. The place ia nice and cool and there's big open parking just around this establishment.

They have a good selection of bubble teas and related drinks. The mango yogurt smoothie was very yummy. They also have a photo wall here, which seems a bit odd for a place like this, but it was cute.

One of my top favorites in the area! Consistent quality and great service. I come here a lot and have never had issues with drink quality. Other places disappoint me once in a while with quality but never this Ding Tea!I felt really bad today for coming in at 8:40PM, 20 minutes before closing time (I'm a bobarista too ^^;), but they were friendly as always. They made me the wrong drink but quickly made the correct one and let me keep both drink, which I really appreciated! The cheese foam here is my boyfriend's favorite. The texture is nice as it's not too foamy, and the cheese taste really comes through.
