Ordered delivery. Food was blah. Ordered 2 mango sticky rice, which usually comes with half a mango slice at most restaurants, but here came with a quarter slice that wasn’t even ripe. 7$ for a quarter slice of mango and rice ? Won’t be revisiting, there are plenty of much better Thai restaurants in the area but we wanted to give a try to something new. Prices were high and quality was low.

Eatthai has delicious Thai food for dining in or carry out, especially their curries! The manager and employees are very pleasant and helpful. I accidentally ordered my food through Doordash and was charged more for it. The manager showed me how to avoid that in the future, and he went out of his way to make sure my order was what I wanted!

Go to place whenever I visit my mom in DC. Was a staple during the pandemic and now has seating again. Soups are great, and the main courses are huge. Be careful around spiciness though. Thai always runs hotter than normal. Just saying.

Not only are they one of the few places around that have both curry puff and crab rangoon on the menu, those items are consistently great whenever we order. The mango sticky rice is also very good. One thing I do hope they add to their menu in the future is a side of regular sticky rice.

Sadly my worst Thai food experience by far. I'm always on the hunt for the best Thai food in my area and decided to try this place out. For takeout, I ordered the crab meat fried rice and crispy basil squid. I walked in to pick up my food and the staff were friendly. As I drove off, I noticed the bag smelled unpleasant and due to my sensitive stomach, I was eager to get home as I didn't want to be carsick. Although the smell threw me off, I figured that surely the food would not disappoint. Unfortunately, that was exactly the case. The crab fried rice had a weird taste like it was drenched in cucumber water and it was so sandy and bony that at times, I thought it chipped my teeth. I couldn't be bothered with it for much longer and ended up throwing it out. The crispy squid was such a catfish, there wasn't a bit of crisp to this squid, just a mushy breaded mess. Unfortunately, the weird smell of the food lingered for a couple of days. I will not be recommending nor returning.

I was completely shocked with my experience eating here. The food was amazing. Authentic, the right amount of spice so flavorful. Out of all the Thai places in this neighborhood YOU MUST GO TO EATHAI. I forgot to mention how clean the place is. simply the best. I can not wait for my next visit. The service was fast. This whole experience just WOWED ME!!!! Thank you EATHAI.

The food we had and spent a lot of money on today was the worst thai food that l have ever had. I hope the cook was on vacation Although, we have had better experience before this was the last one .By the way basil chicken is supposed to have basil in it just Wanted to let you know if you actually look at this

Pad thai and Thai iced tea. Delicious! The tea looked less milky than others I've had but tastes just as fabulous

This is our go to Thai place. Food is always delicious and prepared quickly. We love the drunken noodles, green curry, and pad Thai.

Given the reviews, this place is clearly hit or miss. On our visit, we agreed, this was one of the closest Thai meals (flavor wise) we’ve had outside of Thailand. Granted, we were the only ones there and ordered some of the dishes in Thai… maybe that got us some points with the chef? Either way, we’ll definitely be back.
