The service is good, the food is also very pleasant, the only thing that ruined all the attention is when closing the account they charge you a percentage that the owner came up with “gratitude” WHICH IS NOT MANDATORY and in addition they charge you the waitresses'

I ordered a salchipapa $16 fried platains $4 and a coke $2 and got a bill of $34. They just gave you a bill with a total and I was told TIP was not included, I asked for a detail bill, they refused to give that first saying that the system don't do that, after insisting I realized they charged Gratitude of 45 % , that is why $22 becomes $34 and on top of that they asked more tip. This is fraud! I'm not going back there anymore. So please check your bill before paying. Please verify your account before paying, ask for your account details. I ordered a salchipapa $16, a portion of plantains $4 and a coke $2 and they gave me a bill of $34, I did the account in my head and they gave me $22 so I asked for the details of the account and the girl first thing. Maybe the system doesn't allow it, I insisted and got him to give me the detailed invoice and tell me that they charged me 45% of gratitude SO EA how they came from $22 to $34 and on top of that he told me The tip IS not included. What a way to scam people! Check carefully before paying.

OMG!!! This will be our new go to place. The food was absolutely delicious!!! We tried multiple dishes and everything was perfect. The seasoning and flavor of the variety dishes we order has us still craving for more. The young lady who was our waitress is pleasant, respectful professional, courtesy, patient, knowledgeable about the variety of dishes when we asked questions. Served us with a smile. I could go on and on. People you should try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

A lot of people complain about the food but to our group the food was not bad. The Chupe could have been a little thicker but the fried yucca order was a generous portion, and the Bistec a lo Pobre dish was generous and tasty. What we really had a problem with is the service. To put it simply, the service is lousy. To add insult to injury they automatically add an 18% gratuity that only adds to the lousy service. I guess if you know you will get a good tip then why bother with good service. When I pointed out to our waitress that it is not acceptable to never clear our dishes after we finish eating, she simply shrugged her shoulders. My guess is that the management does not train the staff on proper service etiquette. The ambience is very simple, nothing fancy but clean and adequate. Our group tried it once but there are other better restaurants with similar menus. Management should train the staff and get rid of the auto tipping on every table.

We wanted to try a new peruvian restaurant so found out about this restaurant by internet search and thought of checking it out irrespective of its reviews. The restaurant is small and only had one server or host. We ordered ceviche and it was very very sour. It was very horrible. I ordered the Chica Morada drink and it was really good. We ordered chicken and seafood entre, and they were edible but were not really good. They also gave less rice. I gave 3 stars because I think they can definitely upgrade the food level, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a good dine in experience.

I eat here all the time, and I love the food. Both carry out and dine in. The dine in is very relaxed, no rush. Food to go is ready in good time. They also have specials posted on the board frequently.

Today, Thursday 5/19 It was a shame in whoever Owns this business. Lack of Staff in all positions. The only 1 waitress did what she could during luch hours to attend all of us, like all the tables busy. One waitress, one Kitchen person ( cook) and thats it. Until I heard the cook came out exhausted to tell the waitress not take any more orders or customers. The service and food was good.....but all of us could see the bad operstions they having due to lack of Staff.

I think one of the few restaurants in the area with a decent ceviche, way over priced though, but it's OK I guess, once in a while right? service... mmm... sloppy, but like I said before, for once in a while... OK
