We came here for the St. Paddy's Day party and while it was packed the service was not lacking one bit. There was always someone available to take orders. Our drinks and food were great! Highly recommend the boxty cakes. They were delicious!

Pretty good food for a week night when all the other restaurants were closed at 9pm. We got the fish tacos which were delicious. The buffalo chicken wrap and they did not skimp on the chicken. The cheeseburger with Gouda was good as well. But definitely get medium instead of medium well. The Jameson wings are good and a favorite. The first batch of wings were a little over cooked. But the staff was very pleasant and accommodating to fix the wings. Their customer service was excellent.

We got there at 8pm on Saturday night. This restaurant was walking distance from our hotel (Cambria). Our party of 5 was able to be seated fairly quickly. They have an extensive selection of beer and drinks. There’s a bar area on the left and tables on the right. We had fried cheese curds and buffalo wings as appetizers. For dinner, one guy had the special Guinness stew, one had smoked Gouda and bacon burger, another had the buffalo chicken wrap, and one had the Finnegan’s grilled cheese. Good sized portions and very delicious. We were impressed that our server took our order without writing anything down.
The Good: bangers and mash which I had been craving for a while perfectly hit the spot (especially with the fried onions), the bread pudding was DELECTABLE (happy we overcame our trepidation based on previous mediocre bread puddings at other restaurants), fish and chips were moist with a taste breading, was reasonable to find seating and order on a Sat evening (be patient as there are only two very hard working people covering the floor AND bar), food was delivered fast and hot!The Just Ok: bathrooms were a little messy (but fully stocked), noise level with the music and other conversations made it a little difficult to hear (normal for a Sat night bar), friend's corned beef and cabbage was not great (but she is excited to try the cottage pie next time!)Context: three friends for dinner around 6:30 on a Saturday, didn't explore the drinks but looks like they have an extensive menu

I can honestly say this was the worst restaurant meal I have ever had. My husband had the corned beef and cabbage. It was a strange grey color and had an awful “off” taste. My husband who is not a picky eater only ate 2 bites. Then my meal was fish and chips. The fish had a slimey layer between the fish and the breading. I was only able to eat two bites. The second bite was an attempt to convince myself that maybe the first bite was an aberration. But sadly it was not. We left a $45 meal because it was simply inedible. We had to go to another restaurant for dinner. This restaurant was such a disappointment because we love Irish pubs. I have no idea why others have rated this place so highly. I would recommend caution if you decide to eat here. We learned a very expensive lesson.

The drinks were good (didn’t have any food) but I have never seen an owner of an establishment act so terrible. 20 minutes before closing she suddenly started yelling for everyone to “get the hell out”. People had just ordered drinks and were getting kicked out. She was also yelling and calling someone a very derogatory word. I’ve never seen anything like it.
