Dinner was OK. No pepper or balsamic with bread and oil (was I expecting too much?). I had a small ricotta and honey pizza. Flavor and outside crust were good, but the center was quite soggy.Drinks are a little expensive - $8 for rail bourbon (which was less flavorful than Old Crow). $10 for Jack & Coke.Parking: There's parking, but you just need to be OK with walking a block or three.

After hiking for the day, we wanted to try something new around the area. Saw this place and had good reviews but unfortunately the service we received was not good, our drinks were empty, and we were not offered refills until we were almost done with our food. As former servers, we are usually understanding but it didn’t seem very busy. The food was also mediocre .

It is always a great experience coming to Fontina Grill. Everyone there is so pleasant and welcoming to us when we arrive. We always ask for a table and always ask for our favorite server - Reza Mansouri. He is the best and always friendly and kind to us all. We always enjoy coming to this restaurant. It is like coming home. Our 1st choice for dining out!!

We have been to this restaurant a number of times and were always pleased with the food and the service. Last evening's visit was no exception with respect to that. While there are usually 3 or 4 in our party, last night there were 7 and a “Large Party (20%)” fee was added to the bill. Unfortunately, I did not notice this at the time and called the next day to question this. I was told by the manager that it was an automatic gratuity for parties of 6 or more, even though it does not say that it is a gratuity. To me, that is deceptive. I also do not consider 7 a large party. This should be a warning to anyone planning to eat there with a group of 6 or more. We will not be returning to Fontina.
Fontina Grille does service right. The timing in between each course was perfect. The fried zucchini arrived hot and crispy accompanied by tasty marinara and a delicious aioli. They have gluten free noodles and zucchini noodles for those who require them. Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed their meal. The only issue was that it was loud and difficult for a larger group to talk.

Multiple times eating here - always great Italian cuisine. The wine list could be more expansive, but there is always something to complement the tasty and generously-portioned food. Experienced staff do a great job to complement the food. A family feel pervades the eating experience.

Food and service were pretty good just before the lunch crowd came. The Penne Arrabbiata was spicy but good and the Ravioli Rose was also good. The steak and cheese was disappointing —very small and not that tasty.

Our meal was delicious. I ordered Chicken Francese with zucchini noodles. I loved it and so glad they added this dish to the menu. My friend loves creme brulee and ordered that for dessert. Ibrahim was our server and he was exceptional.
