Had dinner here tonight, it was really excellent. Some of the best kitfo I’ve had in the area. I loved the injera here. Will definitely be coming back.

It is not the best food. Sambosa crust was think, lentil filling doesn’t taste good, fasolia was overcooked, the red lentil and shiro flavorless. Beef tibs was okay.

My feef was burnt to a crisp and they tried to gaslight me nto thinking that i ordered fried beef tips. No I didn't that doesn't even sound appetizing. I ordered the awaze beef. So these Ethiopians would rather make you think that your crazy, than to apologize and replace the order. Even if this was a one off mistake, the fact they tried to convince me that I ordered burnt food on purpose is terrible. I will never eat food that these peoples hands have touched ever again. And yes I paid a lot of money for my food. They don't care.

We loved going to Ethiopis! We ordered a lamb ethios I plate to share between two people, and we were both full at the end. The food was generous and delicious, prices very reasonable, and the server was very kind and sweet, giving us extra injera. I would definitely come here again!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options!

This Ethiopian restaurant is an amazing small business located in Rockville Maryland. The food is absolutely amazing and there are lots of options for many diets (vegan friendly). The portions are really generous and will make you very full. The food quality is top-notch. Each dish is spiced and well flavored. Highly recommend trying the vegetarian platter. Appetizers are equally as yummy. Betty was the server and did an amazing job making us feel welcome. Her recommendations were really good and made for a five star experience. The chefs are also very talented and put out some of the best Ethiopian food in the area. You will love this family small business! Come support this delicious restaurant. The place is very easy to find and there is plenty of free parking.Vegetarian options: Large Vegan Platter

I really wanted to love the restaurant, but the taste of the food was not great, so sorry to say that.

Pretty tasty Ethiopian food from a good location. Staff was nice and the food came out relatively quickly. The inside of the restaurant is fine--not overly decorated or fancy, but the general atmosphere is fairly neutral.I'd eat here again.Vegetarian options: While most dishes would typically be accompanied by meat, there are a lot of just veggie dishes.Dietary restrictions: Lots of spices and ingredients, don't know about dietary restrictionsParking: Parking shouldn't be an issue. The lot is shared and not that big, but none of the stores that share the parking lot command a lot of car space.Kid-friendliness: Should be ok for kids. Expose them to some exotic food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to sit at any table. Bathroom is likely accessible, but it may be a very slight challenge to navigate there.

This restaurant was wonderful. The owner is very friendly and nice, and the food was terrific. This was my first time trying Ethiopian food and the owner was very excited to help us order and even taught us how to eat the lamb stew. Great experience would highly recommend.

Excellent food, for a vegetarian I'd say this is beyond my expectation. The red lentils and beets are delicious. And affordable too. I've heard from my friend that dorowot is pretty amazing too.. best Ethiopian food in the neighborhood! I definitely recommend it.

I feel like all the 5* reviews in Yelp and google were definetly fake. We went there on a weekday and there was no one there except for one table that was done with their meal. The service is SLOW and only one kid who was the host and waiter. All we asked was for the vegetarian sampler plate and some sambusa. It took them at least 30 minutes to get the meal out. This stuff is precooked because it's never hot from the stove, and there were no other customers. So I don't understand the wait. We had to ask multiple times for the appetizer coz the "host" clearly forgot. The bathrooms were stinky. And the interiors in general was just tacky. You could see they DIYd the walls and it just looked shabby. Honestly I would go back to Sheeba a little further..has better service and same food. The food wasn't cheaper either.
