Delivery took disproportionately long. Store associated delivery guy doesn't follow instructions. The food is comparably bad (just edible, would classify it as food for the calories sake, not a dish by far). This is an instant boycott from me.

At a glance, they customer service was good. Staff very friendly, atmosphere is a bit cramped but it's not a terrible space. That being said, and not hating by Any means, probably the worst Chinese take out I've ever had. Which is confusing because how does one mess up Chinese food? The chicken pieces are way too big and not as flavorful, also very soggy and too much breading so. Dull yellow fried rice that has 0 flavor, way too many onions and mushrooms? Which doesn't seem typical, the fries are just crinkle cut that are probably from Costco and lo mein was also very flavorless and overcooked. Not sure how it could get messed up that bad, especially if they've been in business for a while. Also incredibly expensive considering the quality.

I love Kenny's sub shop in Rockville. This is my go to spot when craving takeout. It really hits the spot! Christmas day they were opened and they were so efficient. They got my whole order correct and everything was super fresh, even with all the craziness and orders going through. I got Sesame chicken with white rice, veg lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and veg egg rolls. Soo yummy! I also love the service there. Everyone is super fiendly and kind. Thank you!!

It made me sick I haven't been well since I ate there and that was Christmas Eve I'm so sick the lady was sneezing and coughing all over the food and nobody was wearing gloves nor mask I was hungry that night though I didn't really couldn't tell who made my food I know for sure they were the blame I seen them sneezing and coughing up a Storm! you can watch them cook behind that glass and the food was horrible I ordered egg foo Yung never again I'm ??????? not getting better

OK... Kenny's ain't French Laundry. And it ain't the best Chinese in MD. But you know what? When your wife is away on a biz trip, you have THAT kind of day at work, and you want to sit on your couch in your underware watching 80s Schwarzenegger movies with your dogs till 5am... And you want piles of Chinese food and wings and a sub... Kenny's is the place to go. Kenny's is great American Chinese food. Stuffed subs. Wings. And the lemonade iced tea!!! Oh my God it's good.... Sooooooo good... Kenny's isn't fancy. It's not gourmet. But it's lip, smacking, belly filling food. I've been a lover of Kenny's for a long time and I will continue to be..12.25.23 don't forget to try the iced tea lemonade, everything here is still great. They are still not going to make the Michelin guide, but when it comes to comfort food a cold night.. this is where you need to be.

Very clean and organized as you walk In. Very nice staff and fast service. The food was very fresh, amazing flavor. We live 1hr away. Worth the drive and don't see why we wouldn't become regulars here.
