My husband and I love getting ice cream at Kyoto Matcha. I love the atmosphere and the vibe. We almost always get awesome service. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time we ordered a slice of cake to go and we were given a frozen slice. Normally we are asked when we are going to eat it. I asked if we could get a slice that isn’t frozen and the woman helping us didn’t have the best attitude about it. Misunderstandings happen but I don’t think it was handled well that time. The last couple times we’ve come for ice cream have been pleasant. Overall it’s a great place and I’d say one of the best.

The cup of a drink was pitifully small and had to be filled with a large cup of ice cubes. There was almost no ice cream or drink in it. I paid the price of the drink to buy a cup of ice cubes. This is an unscrupulous merchant.

I love this dessert store a lot. They now offer many flavors of ice cream. But my favorite is the matcha flavor. The matcha ice cream has a strong matcha flavor but is not overly sweet. The portions are huge whether in a cup or in a cone. My favorite is the Matcha cheese moose cake because there is Oreo underneath. Their brown sugar milk cap and the crepe layer cakes are also highly recommended. Parking is also very convenient, there are large parking lots around. Please don’t miss out on enjoying their desserts at this restaurant in Town Center.

Chill spot to grab dessert with your friends, located conveniently in Town Center in front of the ice rink, across from the library. Good quality cakes, bubble tea, and ice cream and clean environment. My favorite is their ube milk cap cake and the matcha and milk soft serve mix with mochi topping. The staff there are always nice and quick with service.
Definitely recommend this place. The best ice cream in town.

Let me start off by saying the atmosphere at this restaurant is phenomenal. Everyone looks like they're having a good time. Just seems like a nice chill day to be.Secondly the service was great. Really nice people that work there. Ordered a mixed soft serve with vanilla and matcha. Got the ice cream in seconds. The cost was fairly reasonable at $6.50 before tax (check the photo). Beautiful place. Great people/service. Great place for sweet tooths. Love this place!
