Ordered through grub hub at 845 pm pick up time was 945 pm for the delivery person, and then they refused to make or give the food, I get a call at 10 when they closed that this took place. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

If you're thinking about going to Noodles and Company, I recommend skipping lunch instead. Only thing I'll say for it is that it's an easy place to feed picky kids.

I had the Japanese Pan Noodles with shrimp, it was good. The wife had Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, not too bad. Not as cheesy as she has had at other locations.

I have been a big fan of this place for a decade and generally receive very good service, as I did tonight. However, I witnessed a manager working on her cellphone (she later said scheduling) as a customer waited unattended for two or three minutes. Unexpected and unforced error.

Well, I'd post a photo of the food, except it never came; apparently filling delivery orders was more important than the guests sitting there waiting for their food. After 25 minutes I requested a refund and left. Never going back there again!
