By far the worst Indian food I've eaten. Had the chicken Tikka masala. The sauce was so thin, it was as if they just added tomato sauce and cream. The dish was devoid of any spices. There were chunks of undercooked onion. To charge $16 for this garbage is insulting. I should have just stuck with my usual place: Biryani City.

We love the food at Om, but the customer service is so terrible that I'm finally ready to give up on this restaurant. We ordered $70 dinner directly from their website tonight and half the order was incorrect - clearly a restaurant error, not a delivery error. I called and rather try to fix the situation, their basic response was 'so what?' I had Menuify work with them directly and they STILL didn't want to fix the order or give us a refund. Finally they said if we returned the wrong food then we could see. (Ewww.....were they going to serve it to someone else??) no....that's not the point of takeout. Luckily, menuify totally agreed with me and after 30 minutes of negotiation, Om agreed to send the correct order. The whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.....
The raita(yogurt) was spoiled. The biryani and butter chicken lacked flavor. Was really disappointed considering the price i paid for the

My family all got food poisoning. One of the dishes tasted sour from spoiled . The other dishes were frozen and they didn’t warm them up properly. my go to place!! butter chicken is especially yummy, and sometimes they include naan or rice just because they think it wouldn’t be butter chicken without them! they’re extremely nice, and care for ur lunch // dinner. mango lassi also tastes like melted mango cheesecake, exceptionally delicious.

Just ate here because it was down the road from my hotel and I was craving some Indian food. I went in immediately after opening; service was great. I've read some bad reviews from a few people, and they're hard to believe. I travel all around the country for work, and eat Indian food all over. This place was great. The food was not "too salty", "dry", "burnt", or any of the other things some people have mentioned. The owner was my server and he was fantastic. Very friendly and very interested in how I liked the dishes I had.I will say the atmosphere feels a bit older and fancier than what I tend to prefer, however there is something charming about going into places like that; I'm 26. I didn't feel out of place, or uncomfortable. The menu was certainly written for people less familiar with Indian food, which I imagine would be very helpful for most. I will return again next time I'm in the area for work.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have never ever written a review before but I immediately jumped to write this as soon as I walked out the door. Completely stumbled onto this place today but so happy we did. The service was incredible, our waiter was so genuine and sweet! He took amazing care of us and even gave us free vegetable curry, rice pudding and extra rice to have with our leftovers! We tried 10 different dishes all of them were fantastic! The atmosphere was great,the acoustics were really nice so it wasn’t too loud which is perfect for those who are hard of hearing or for large parties. The food was delicious and is a great spot for a date or to even bring the family! 11/10 will definitely be coming back soon!!
