Long time customer service person at the bakery (Sunday 8 am) decided to have a rotten morning and take it out on customer (me). She tried to say that the sip club button on her machine wasn’t working and to just hand me an empty cup. My hearing isn’t what it used to be and she proceeded to say “ now I’ve told you two and three times, as if I’d put her out. I told her wow,she’s usually nice but she must have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. She said I got out of the wrong side of the bed.I won’t have that maltreatment and management will hear about this…..I spoke with the store manager and she said that was the second time that person had been complained about since store opening that day. Perhaps SHE needs an attitude adjustment. Or maybe a new line of work.A bit later I returned to the line and that woman told me she’s not serving me. One step away from walking papers!!!By the way the manager took my complaint very seriously, which I appreciatedInterestingly enough, a week later the same head case refused to serve me yet again. I think it’s time to say bah-bye. Pathetic.

I'm not sure what's going on with Panera. I was fairly disappointed in the current shrinkflation approach that they are taking in preparing their foods. I used to eat there frequently 4 to 5 years ago and came back to have some lunch.The steak and cheese I ordered was like 50 percent bread, 45 percent sadness, and 5 percent steak, cheese, and the additional toppings I ordered. The small Mac and cheese portion looked depressing. Like something you would serve to a 2 year old that you were disappointed in.I dont think I'll be returning for a long time...

Ordered a “large” caffe latte while waiting for the next appointment. Apparently Panera charges the extra for the large cup, without actual additional espresso shot or milk. Quantity aside, the caffe latte lacks any sort of taste.

My boss treated us to lunch after work. Enjoyed sitting down at a table even though the restaurant was very busy. Tomato soup has large crunchy croutons that really enhance the soup. Also had half of a grilled cheese which was flavorful and not greasy. The green tea with passion fruit is available in bottles now. As always I enjoy being able to have a Vegetarian meal, without making a fuss or having to order something and alter it to be Vegetarian (typically instructing a restaurant to "hold the turkey" on a sandwich does not reduce the price). There is a digital wall panel listing the names of orders in process, so you know exactly when your food is ready.

If I could give no stars I would I found a big piece of plastic in my soup I choked on it how in the hell can someone not catch that I could of died from it I will never eat there again
