This is the second time my order got screwed up. The first time I asked for a salad with no blue cheese. And I got blue cheese on it. You know how hard it is to pick off blue cheese.Now I just ordered a turkey and swiss with bacon, lettuce and pickles. I got a plain turkey with lettuce and mayonnaise. I don't know whether they they can't hear when you give them the order but it's two for two. My orders have gotten screwed up. Potbelly needs to change their system.It's unfortunate because I do like their sandwiches but I can't get the sandwich I want!I filled out the survey on the receipt and asked for a refund on my salad and got no answer. I'm going to fill it out again and ask for a refund.The picture shows half an original sandwich. The whole original sandwich is $9. There's very little meat on this sandwich. I'll just go to Wawa next time.

I ordered online, got to the shop 15 min later. My order was not ready, waited for 15-20 more minutes while people coming to the store where getting the food faster that the online orders. I finally got my order and when I get to the office to eat my lunch they gave me the wrong order, a plain sandwich without the toopings I paid for. Very disappointed this time!

I Raced to this PotBelly Location & Arrived 3 Minute to closing, the crew was unwilling to serve me But the Manager Mrs. Ndeye Greeted me with a Smile an to my surprise made my sandwich My Mom & I was so Appreciative this happened to be our first meal for the day as we are ending our Fasting

Good food, decent service. I've been going here for many years and never had any issues. I think the people working there are generally good people, but lately, like the past several months, I noticed almost all of the staff behind the counter look miserable and like they hate their job and their lives. Comes off as rude, but I don't take it personally, I just feel bad for the employees.
