Ordered the beer battered cod combo. Half of the fish was hard/crunchy and bun wasn't soft. Very disappointing. At another Roy's location a few weeks ago, I had the same fish combo. It was delicious.

I hadn't seen a Roy Rogers restaurant in years so decided to try it out for nostalgia sake. Disappointed. A fairly small, mediocre burger, regular fries, and a drink was like $11.50. I know it's still fast food but I expected better. Convenient location and employees were friendly, but I wouldn't go back. Just not worth what I paid.

I love coming here to see Helen and Gabriel. They are always very hospitable and friendly. Honestly I've been to all the Roy Rodgers in the area and I only like to come here to eat when I know they are working.

As a kid, we used to go to Roy Rogers all the time. The burgers were one of the best things about the place... THIS ROY ROGERS however is a fraud, fake, imitation.I tried the Steak and Cheese Sub which was more about Onions and Cheese than steak... The Cheese Burger (pictured) was a sad representation of what use to be. I've seen better looking burgers at McDonalds... This cheese burger reminded me of the ones they used to sell at in the high school cafeteria.......The fries here are tasteless, no flavor or salt... a far cry from what they use to be like.The only thing that actually is decent are the mozzarella sticks. I need to find out the vendor, many of the pizza places use them too..To the management of Roy Rogers in Rockville, the food vendor you are using for the fries and the burgers need to change. They are not the same from RR back in the day and that will lead many customers from the old days to experience the same thing I did.-- Do me a solid and let me know the vendor of the mozzarella stick though :) --

I have been a long time fan of Roy Rogers and a big love of the Gold Rush Chicken Sandwich. This location doesn't seem to do that well. The patty is barely hot and the sauce is always extremely messy. I get it at other locations and have a totally different experience. Not sure why it isn't done better. The fries at this location are not usually hot either.

The whole place is very clean and I watched multiple staff members continue to clean through my meal. Staff was also very friendly. Food was very good, enjoyed the burger and shake. They scoop out real ice cream from behind the glass right in front of you when you order.

Went here for lunch asked for a number 3 burger with ham on it I asked if I could substitute the ham for roast beef the new girl who was handling my order didn't know if she was able and asked my manager Gabriel if she was able to do so with a tone in his voice telling me I could not do so I asked if I could just purchase extra beef instead and just leave the ham off he gives me attitude about it he says fine we will do it charges me 16 dollars for the meal and marks ham and roast beef neither of which I ordered I wait my order comes up it's a roast beef sandwich with no burger and ham on the side I try to explain another woman throws the sandwich away tells Gabriel about it he gets frustrated at me and the employee her for throwing it away and for me making an outrageous order -.- my order was still wrong so I bit the bullet to further no more issue clearly as I ate u could hear him in the back complaining about this issue I will not be returning to Roy's ever again horrible service horrible customer service

Don't let the stars fool you. Yes, I love Roy Rogers! It's my go to for fast food. However!!!! I am very disappointed in the new cup for soda. I realize you are saving money by giving us those flimsy cups, but you are increasing my car detailing bill. If I grab my cup the wrong way the sides squeeze too much and the lid pops off and my ice tea goes everywhere! Can I send you the cleaning bill?
