Look, the silky buttercream icing on the cupcakes is nice, but it does tend to fall flat faster.The cupcakes themselves are tasty, although not quite epic. Still, I would have returned if not for the behavior I witnessed.The owner treated her employee and the humble woman that was interviewing for the cake decorating position so poorly, that I was embarrassed for her (the owner). She was rude, loud, condescending, and unkind. How you treat employees says a lot about who you are as a person, and how you run your business. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. When you can't bring yourself to treat employees kindly, when customers are present, I would hate to see how you treat them when there aren't any customers present.Please do better.

Please order your cookies from Savvy Treats! Oh my goodness! The amazing detailing in the cookies Cheryl made over exceeded my expectations. I ordered them for my baby shower tea party and they were absolutely a highlight, EVERYONE was talking about how detailed, beautiful and delicious they were! I had some out on the tray for display and many individually packaged for the party favors. (Look at the beautiful pictures attached). Cheryl is not only talented and amazing but very pleasant and easy to work with - great communication all through the process! I am SO thankful I ordered with her! We ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday. it was gorgeous, the price was fair, and everybody raved about how delicious the cake was. you can't get any better than that! I had gotten a quote from another company that was $30 more. I'm glad I went with Savvy Treats! I would recommend over and over.

Owner is rude, spoke down to my mother because of her accent. We asked about cakes and was not willing to answer any questions. She also got annoyed at being asked to cut the bread we had just bought. The bread was good but cupcakes a bit soggy. I love to leave good reviews; please improve customer service by treating all customers with respect and patience!
