Overall ok experience. The burgers were good. Cooked and prepared very well. Good value. The sides not so much. The price for the tots and fries seems high for the amount you get. The containers for large fries are tiny and you pay a premium for fries and tots that are just ok. If I go again it would just be for a burger and a milkshake.

I haven’t been here in years and was excited to try it again. The cashier was really sweet It was slow when I came in, and somehow the food still took a long time? I think there was only one cook so thats understandable. However, when I got my food the fries were so stale. The burger was ok, but almost $20 for this? No. Just a little disappointed.

I'm very disappointed with this place first time there trying their burgers and it was a very bad decision to come here with my family..the potatoes were dry and cold they tasted like cardboard I feel bad that I wasted my money here I rather keep going to five guys it's much worth it.

Parking kinda sucksThe service was alright.There were hardly any napkins.If Five Guys is the king of grease, SmashBurger is the prince. I thought there should have been more fries for the amount I'm paying for the meal. I ordered the Double Colorado burger and I loved it.

I have been to smashburger on several different occasions and this was actually the first time that I got a bad Burger.The service was outstanding But it seems like someone got a little too happy with the salt shaker on the meat because the burger was extremely salty and it already had bacon on it. I got a double bacon smashburger. That oversalted meat really made me feel some type of way about this burger.

The food is always fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean and well kept; also the music selection they have is great! Janus manages her team so well and her customer service is top notch. Other f&b needs to learn about customer service especially in this economy.

The taste was excellent! The food came out hot and fresh and just as we ordered it. Free underground parking at Galvan Garage.
