Placed a mobile order and while it was ready when I arrived I needed a stir stick and there were none by the napkins. I politely asked the barista behind the counter for one; he grunted and looked confused so I repeated the question to which he nodded at a small collection of stir sticks behind the counter out of view from where I was standing. He gave a look of annoyance at my question, rolled his eyes and went back to making his drink. It’s small things like this that prove that good customer service is truly hard to find.

This is the best Starbuck's I have ever been. I am a simple person that enjoys smiles, positive attitudes and delicious coffee. All of these things are here. I visit about three times a week and have a similar good experience every time. I always remember to bring my own smile and good attitude.

This location has one of the fastest and hardest-working baristas ever....but I only saw this barista once! Customer service on subsequent visits have been good, too...staff have generally been positive and helpful. There is decent counter seating and plenty of outdoor seating in the common areas when the weather is nice. I do find parking difficult as the store is tucked in a corner of Congressional Plaza (which is usually pretty busy). But this is a great place to get a coffee or tea if you happen to be in the area...

I got a vanilla sweet cream coldbrew and it was chunky and tasted weird so I asked them remake it. When I got the remade one, it was still chunky and tasted weird, so I tried to stir it with a straw and maybe mix it together? I drank it and got several chunks in my mouth. When I went to examine the chunks, it was actually mold. Staff was unhelpful and I ended up tossing it. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to and had this problem. I would not recommend this location.

Great coffee. No matter where I go. The coffee is spectacular.I always try to visit Starbucks when I’m in a new city. Simply to compare the differences in service. I’ve found that regardless of where I am, none of the cashiers are friendly. They’re robotic.
Bought a mug there with a defective box. They refused to replace it unless I brought the mug in as well. It’s a cardboard box! I need to travel with it. How will I? The customer service person was clueless.Also, how dare you ask for a tip? Stop begging for money from your customers. It’s really pathetic.Why would I contact you? What are you going to do about the damage already done, in terms of the poor experience I had? Are you going to somehow compensate me for this?

I had a good Saturday morning experience at this Rockville Starbucks. I can't speak for much, as I just stopped in quickly to order a to-go coffee after a workout down the street, but it was pretty quiet in there and staff were friendly. It looked like there were a few tables for those dining in, but not a ton of space if you were to come work for a longer period of time. There is a nice sitting area outside when the weather is nice.

I don't understand the terrible reviews for this Starbucks. I went right around opening this morning (~6:20am) after I finished an orangetheory class a few doors down, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient despite the early hour. I got the bacon egg bites, which were heated up for me and absolutely delicious. I also got the cafe misto, which was fabulous as usual. The barista even asked what roast I wanted for the misto, which I've never been asked before. The store is very clean on the inside, with one large table and some barstools. The area around Starbucks has great outdoor seating, too.

Just got an iced coffee here through the app. Drank about 75% of it which tasted fine, but then at the bottom my drink started tasting like rubbing alcohol. Like someone had been cleaning near the drink or had cleaning solution on their hands when making it.I tried to call the store 10+ times but keep getting a busy signal. Really? You guys can't answer the phone?Would NOT recommend this store.
