This subway is the wor$t subway ever! The Hispanic lady ( middle aged spanish lady) who works in the morning SHOULD NOT BE WORKING if she does not like her job! She is mean, has no patience, has an attitude and is plain unprofessional with the clients! I walked in around 9:30am to get a sub and soon as i walked in she gave a very hard STARE and murmured something to herself. She treated another customer in front of me very bad and it disgusted me! SI NO TE GUSTA TRABAJAR con una sonrisa dedicate a otra cosa!:; This subway has to REPORTED people!

**New Owners**We went reluctantly for a quick lunch but were pleasantly surprised. Fresh veggies, clean store, friendly owners. They added napkins to our baskets and removed the baskets when we were done, not waiting for us to bus our own table. Very attentive to customers and the store.We will definitely go back.

It was a very unpleasant experience. The person who attends early at 9:00 am is very rude, very rude. Very reluctantly she made me the sandwich and I also asked her for the seasonings on the bread and she told me to put them wherever she thought convenient??

Rude employees! Last week I ordered a sandwich meal on the app. I placed my order at 12:30pm. The app stated that my order would be ready between 12:30 and 12:45pm. I walked in the door at 12:30pm and informed the woman behind the counter that I had a mobile order. When she found my order information she rudely said to me "You order is for 12:45." She then told me to wait and proceeded to serve a customer that came in the door after me. Then finally when my order was prepared she again said to me "Your order was for 12:45." Even though I all I did was take my sandwich from her without a word. She also forgot to give me my chips and soda. The worst experience I've ever had a Subway! I won't be back!

I just left this subway & I must say it's the worst location I've ever been to the lady making the sandwich acted like she didn't even want to make the sandwich then I had to tell her that she needed to put extra stuff in the sandwich because it was one of there new sandwiches & it seem like she didn't even know how to make it . I asked to use the restroom which was clearly locked & asked her for a key & she said someone was in there which was a lie because I was in there for almost 40 mins & no one ever came out so really they don't want people using the women's restroom but they have a giant sign on the door that says for paying customers only so I had to use the men's restroom be for I left .. I will never go back to this location again the sandwich wasn't even good . The location I went to the following day in Germantown was 100 times better & I got the exact same sandwich & there price are higher that the location in Germantown .. So I would NOT recommend this location to anyone !!!
