We frequent this location. It’s nice to get Taco Bell and KFC, depending on who wants what. The food is always fresh and hot. Easy drive thru location.
While the food quality is good, my order has been incomplete more and more frequently here. I shouldn’t have to check bag before leaving every single I come through the drive thru. Do better.

I love Taco Bell! But what are these prices?? They said a cheese quesadilla and a Crunchwrap supreme (sub beans instead of beef) would be $15?? And it wasn’t a meal, just the items. That seems really overpriced. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and 1 soft taco (sub beans) instead and it was still $10. Maybe it’s just this location? Service and items were good tho

During a lunch rush I saw the manager yell at the employee, who was clearly stressed due to the rush. Then not even a minute later another manager (these two were not wearing KFC or Taco Bell uniforms) yelled at the same exact employee for her not going faster when she was waiting on me. I even told the manager that it was my fault. Food was typical for the establishment but the professionalism was terrible. Employees should not be verbally abused my management.

Horrible! I went there today and at the drive through was treated with “yea” no hi no may I help you but yea. I proceeded to inquire about the crispanadas and the young lady (Hispanic) was so rude it was sad. At one point I responded wow you are so rude you shouldn’t be that way. She kept going away from helping me and putting someone else to the drive through mic and this continued until I said nevermind and I asked to speak to the manager who said her name was Patience; she did nothing to better the situation saying she apologized maybe the girl replied like that because it was early! What a sorry excuse! Not to mention at the drive up window the young lady and another young lady were bickering in my face about whose fault it was I was now asking for the regional manager. The experience was a 0 out of 10 and sadly i drove 15 mins to their location in Gaithersburg where the manager was outstanding ! If it wasn’t the manager that helped me she should have been because she was that great and carried a service before self attitude. This key west location is horribly ghetto and just sad! This wasn’t the experience I expected but I’ll never experience it again as I won’t return. I hope whoever oversees this location does something about the young ghetto unprofessional staff and the manager that does nothing. I was there and left at about 10:45 am just in case the regional manager sees this!

This tacobell is relentlessly horrible. They mess up your order 10/10 times and will likely continue to mess it up when you ask them to fix it. Accidently ordered from this tacobell and not the good tacobell on woodfield drive and my order was entirely wrong. This tacobell is the worst.

Never give me my full order and I always have to substitute something. Today they didn't have the nachos or potatoes and then they didn't put stackers in the bag or my sauce. I've never been to a taco bell with such horrible service consistently for the 2 years I have lived here.

Messed up the drink orders, they didn't taste right. You also cannot place orders to this location using the Taco Bell app and must use the KFC app instead. Waste of 20 minutes l recommend going to a different Taco Bell location if you're looking for Taco Bell specifically.

Love the options for KFC and Tbell. Overall I got what I wanted but had a hard time ordering (I has to repeat numerous times and they read it back numerous times) but we got that sorted. The food was great but the Pepsi was flat and they forgot to give me my sauces so I had to run into the store after going through the drive through.
