Have never disliked anything I've gotten from Baked Bear nor has anyone that I've brought here. The gooey butter and raspberry ice cream are my go to! Customer service is also.

The people working there were very patient and kind with us. The ice cream with cookies were good as well, they have discounted cookies that are leftover from previous orders.

The Baked Bear is a great spot for those who love the classic combo of cookies and ice cream. The service is always quick and efficient and they've mastered the art of pairing freshly baked cookies with a tempting selection of ice cream flavors. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, give the brownie bowl a try - it might not be the first thing on your radar, but it's a hidden gem. The only downside is the limited space; when it's warm they don't typically offer indoor seating and ordering but when the weather turns chilly they do open up the inside. Not an every day thing but really good for a once in a while treat.

Service is bad here. To sum it up, it seems like it's run by teenagers who are annoyed you ordered something. They aren't warm, friendly, or communicative. The butter cookie was yummy, but the chocolate chip cookie was rock hard. How do you explain this to a little one, as they try to chomp on it? The ice cream flavors weren't impressive, and I have honestly had better at Baskin or Marble Slab. And that's saying something. Can't sit inside. Do with this info what you will.

I was here for a conference and looking for desserts. This place pulled up. The ice cream didn’t have a flavor for real. I got cookies and cream ice cream with chocolate chip cookies. The cookies are low quality IMO. I wouldn’t go back. If u have kids they may enjoy

Great ice cream sandwiches in the area and an enjoyable place to get a dessert! A lot of cookie, ice cream, and topping options. It’s pretty big and filling.

Thursday 10/26/23 The last time I had the baked bear was in 2021 and I remember getting 2 ice cream sandwiches: one with cookies n cream ice cream in between brownies and another with cookies n cream ice cream between cookies n cream cookies. Both of the sandwiches I had were pretty good but the brownie sandwich was my favorite. It's been awhile so I decided to run it back. I got a hot pressed Browniewich for $8.45 (brownie & cookies n cream ice cream) and a hot pressed Cookiewich for $8.25 (top cookies n cream cookie, cookies n cream ice cream, bottom chocolate chip cookie). The ice cream sandwiches were decent but not as good as I remember. The cookies n cream ice cream was okay, the brownies were very thin and underwhelming (likely due to being hot pressed), and the cookies were solid. The baked bear is a cool spot with a unique concept that I could see a lot of people enjoying but it's just solid for me, there's plenty of other ice cream spots I'd much rather go to.

Came here for a post-ramen snack. This place is a casual spot and the employees were quite energetic even at night.

Not quite a pint Oh. My. Gosh. I paid $11.00 for a so-called pint of ice cream that's not even filled to the brim! And the flavor is mediocre. That's right. I expected the tub to be packed for the price I paid but it isn't. You can actually see air pockets. And the $2.50 brownie is thin and I'm missing a corner! I swear, I've never seen a thinner brownie in my life! Not even from an Easy Bake Oven. The flavor is good but seriously the size is less than 1/2 inch thick! Yep, I measured it. I could have gotten a thicker one at 711 for the cost and change back. I'm soooo disappointed. I do NOT recommend this place if you want your money's worth for a pint.

I ordered a pint of two of their ice cream flavors for pick up, picked it up and drove home and when I checked them, it looks way less than what a pint should be, grabbed my kitchen weighing scale and weighed both ice cream in their plastic containers and lo and behold one was 11 oz and the other 14 oz. Pints a 16 oz.

They have the best cookies- hands down. But when you are paying gourmet prices - $42 for 12 cookies to be delivered through the Seamless app, you expect them to follow basic safety protocols- like sealing their boxes. All too often, I’ve received their cookies without any seal at all, leaving them vulnerable to tampering or contamination during transportation. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
