I attended a party where I saw this beautiful renovated International Harvester farm truck (see picture) serving up made to order custom gourmet thin crust pizzas and gelato. I love pizza and know a thing or two about pizza. Trust me, these pies did not disappoint! The crust, sauce, cheese, and variety of toppings offered melded together perfectly. My second time using Tomato Flyer! Improved selection of beer on tap - Gelato and fabulous salads. Pizza of course - is incredible Roman Style - cracker crisp crust. This pizza is similare to Pepe's New Haven style - with thin crust and charred edges. Only in the oven for 2 minutes! That is HOT. Gelato was better than expected.
