The service was terrible here. It took my order over 20 minutes for carry out. The person who took my order was actively avoiding me. I ask what's going on with my order and he tells me it takes 25 minutes to cook some boneless wings. Then I step outside to tell my ride what's going on. As soon as I do that, the guy who took my order comes out with my wings.I have no doubt that he put my order on the shelf with the Uber pickups by accident. He didn't think to ask why a walk-in customer was still standing there for 25 MINUTES. Come on man... and when I asked for ice, he straight up told me that there was no ice. It was freaking 12pm. How do you not have ice at lunchtime? Worst service I've ever seen at a wing stop.

This place use to be descent maybe 2-4 years ago. Today is garbage. Whoever manages this location needs some serious sit down and review of how this location is ran. What makes you think extremely dry wings are eatable?Anyways better getting your own wings from grocery store sadly.

I truly do not know why that would be the case since I've ordered here before but never again will I make that mistake.

I got delivery through DoorDash from the store. Never have I ever received my order and it was lacking dry rub seasoning and sauce on my wings. 2nd time ordering thought the first time was just a mistake but twice in a row. I’m not coming back to this location the Aspen hill location is so much better. I had to season up my chicken and whip up some extra sauce.

First time at wing stop and I’m on my 30 minute lunch break. I walk into wing stop and employees from the back asked me if I’m here to pickup, I say no, here to order, and I wait 5 minutes before they Grace me with their presence. I order wings and a drink to go and the server then tells me it will be 25 minutes!!!! Thats unacceptable and also tell us that first thing. The soda machine looks and works like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, very sticky and gross filled with bacteria! Got 8 old bay wings, if they are ready when they said, I will have 5 minutes to eat them before I have to go back to work. The wings were sub par, below average, just edible with too much seasoning.

It was a busy Tuesday as a tourist group of teenagers descended on WingStop. They handled the rush with grace and skill! Kept service friendly even under that stress! Two concerns I have about WingStop... I'd like to be able to buy 4 or 6 wings without getting a 6 piece combo with Fries and soda. They will only sell individual wings as a 10 piece minimum. All that is just too much food for me. I just want a few wings. The other thing is that fry oil needs to be changed!! The wings tasted like rancid oil! I am not sure what their timeline is for oil changes. And maybe I caught them at the end of a cycle. But I could not eat them fresh from the oil. I put my wings in the fridge at home and ate them cold later. That at least calmed the volatile taste of old oil. But I am still burping up the taste hours later. ?

Wingstop does a good job with their food. I have never had any issues from them. The issue I have had is with Doordash. I usually get a couple of the Boneless Meal Deals, they are a great price for alot of food. I usually get a nice variety of flavors and the fries go well with the wings. I suggest people avoid delivery since it's through Doordash, and I have had alot of issues with their drivers lately. Missing a bag, food cold, etc. Every time I called the store and they were really nice and fixed any issue no problem. I have never had an issue picking up.
