The Sunday manager spoke down to people ordering and gave ridiculous wait times for waiting for food - over 35 minutes. She was rude to many customers. The restaurant tables are always dirty and there are no trash cans.

do NOT go to this wing stop location I have been suffering in the 7 circles of hell for the last day and have thrown up 10+ times. without getting graphic, i have destroyed my toilet from multiple angles on repeat and have no remedy to my suffering. do NOT GO TO THIS WING STOP unless you plan to suffer for the whole next day.

I just ordered from here all of the fries were stale the chicken was 4/10 absolutely not. Idk if it’s just a bad day or something because I’ve ordered before and it was fine but today it was disgusting.

Absolutely trash. This place will lie to your face, give you half the food you ordered and tell you that they don't make mistakes. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any restaurant. Took almost a month for another manager to call and almost apologize only to hang up on me while I was explaining my frustration. They don't care at all, the wings are small, and you'll probably get half or wrong items.

Good food. the burgers and the wings are quite nice. There should be bit more variety in the menu. maybe cheaper burgers. also it is a bit more timeconsuming than other fast food

It was supposed to be 70 cents bonelesss wings on mondays and tuesdays and I went in to have my nice WINGS no combo and that wasn’t an option. So I payed $11 and then i found out about the 70 cents deal. feeling scammed. cashier could’ve told us!!!

I’ve been to this establishment many times, but today is the last. I should've known something was off when my usual crew wasn't here. I placed my order and sat down to wait for my food when I saw a roach crawling up the wall. When I requested a refund, the rude young male Latino proceeded to tell me I'd get a refund in a few days. I asked for a receipt showing that the refund is forthcoming. Then I had to go back and forth with him several times about a receipt showing a refund. This should be simple as all businesses do this. He provided no receipt and went on about his business. So when I contacted the manager, the phone on the business card rings right back to the restaurant. So I asked are you just gonna ignore my request for a receipt. Then this fool proceeded to tell me to shut up because he doesn't like my attitude. Then when I pushed him on how to contact his manager, this idiot tells me he'll call her, but for me to shut up because he doesn't like my attitude. So when she gets on the phone, this imbecile tells me not to touch his phone. I took a picture of the employee and am going straight to corporate. This is one patron you don't EVER EVER have to worry about again. As I was leaving, he was on the phone laughing with his manager. So you know she nor him are in the business of serving customers. I'm calling the corporate office Monday AM pronto. Save your $ and don't eat at this nasty restaurant with these rude workers.

Wings are meh. Sauces are good. Wings are not so big anymore. Service is pretty horrible. Sooo slow. Even when you call in, your order is never ready on time. Now you only get to choose fries or veggie sticks. Fries are always soggy. I really hate the sugar on them. Stop it with the sugar!

I was waiting for at least 30 minutes for my food. The worker there, a young lady forgot to call our order because she was on her phone the whole time. I was starting to get frustrated and impatient due to the fact that my food was getting called. What I had to do was get up and get her attention and tell her if my food was done. When I grabbed her attention she was like, " Oh i'm sorry I forgot." Once again beyond disappointed with the service I experienced today.

Ordered online. Nice and easy. Pick up was easy but didn’t add one of the two extra dips I paid for. First time trying wingstop and it was really good.

Don't normally have any problems with this location but today was ridiculous. I had ordered take-out at 2:10 and when I arrived at the location around 2:30, I had to wait another 20 minutes. Turns out my order had been prepared sometime during my wait but the lady in the front was too preoccupied with chit chatting that she didn't call for my name until 2:50. I had to wait 40 minutes for an online order with my food coming out cold despite waiting at the store for it come out fresh. Horrible crew during this shift.

The worst food I have ever had.There were only 20% chicken and 80% flour on my order. Nasty!
