I'm very disappointed in this Yi Fang. It took SOOOOOO LONG to get our yi fang custard pancakes. It says a 5-6 minute but you should definitely QUADRUPLE that time if not more. We went pretty late, so it wasn't even busy, it just took so long. Our drinks were either Luke warm because they gave us everything at the same time. If you're gonna have us wait that long, you could at least give us our drinks first! Definitely beware when ordering the pancakes.

Very pleasant dine-in area and there is a kiosk for ordering (I like all the options available for sugar and ice levels, as well as the non-dairy alternatives i.e. oat milk, lactose-free milk. There are also many toppings to choose from.) On my second visit here I ordered a matcha bubble milk tea with oatmilk and it was very decent (the main drawback was the boba was not quite at the consistency I preferred). Overall, ia good place for bubble tea and worth a visit....

As a huge fan of fruit tea, I was thrilled to find a Yifang in the DMV area! It's been a game-changer. My usual order is the mango pomelo sago, and it never disappoints. Bad service This is my first time visit this store, I am very disappointed today ( 2/13/2024). The service is bad . I ordered on the stand computer , and I wait my drinks for 15 minutes, nobody called the number until I went to the counter to asked them about my drinks. And one guy told me the drinks haven't make yet. They forgot to make it. When I pick my drinks, I saw two milk tea have bubble, I told him I choose one with bubble and another without bubble. I show him the note on the cups, but they didn't remake the drink for me. No either said sorry to me. I am very unhappy with it . I won't come back again .

Love Yi Fang. It’s my favorite boba chain. I got the mango pomelo sago, and they didn’t fully blend it so that there were small pieces of ice and mango unblended in it. I actually quite liked it that way. The boba here is always fresh and deliciously chewy. Highly recommend.

In case you see the same review on Google, I want to preface by saying that i left the same review on Google reviews, and I thought these guys deserve to have it on yelp as well, so more people saw how awesome they are, you should come here you won't regret it, Great place to come in Rockville for Authentic BobaBubble Tea! Highly highly recommend! Maybe like 10,000 times better than Kung Fu Tea. Not to throw shade on Kung Fu, but when compared to Yi Fang? They truly pale in comparison. I saw people mentioning in other reviews that many people of Asian descent come here and seem to be the primarily clientele which tells you that it's definitely authentic. If a place has many of the people from the ethnic background of where the food or drink came from, that is definitely a good sign, it means they're doing a great job, and reminds people of their food from back home. I also wanted to add, I have been here over 12+ times in the month of December alone. I came today and I was tired getting off work and forgot I can't drink regular milk. Midway through the kind young lady named Rose making the drinks I remembered I am lactose intolerant and that I could not drink regular milk, and I needed to replace it with oat milk. It was my fault, and I offered to pay for the drink again, in order to get it fixed, however, Rose was so nice and she fixed it again for me for free very nice gesture. She did not have to do that but she did. To whom it may concern, every time I have come Rose has been so pleasant and always understands my order well and doesn't make any mistakes on it ever! Not to say everyone else isn't good, everyone there is very cool, but she especially takes the cake! Thanks Rose and thanks Yi Fang for being here. I'll be back 1,000 more times!
