I went in on Thursday March 14, 2024 at approximately 10:45 pm. I went in with hopes of ordering a chicken cheesesteak. The employee working the front told me that “There were no workers available to work the grill” so i was forced to order something else. When i went back in to pick up my order, i witnessed someone who was working in the back take someone’s order for a cheesesteak, the same thing i was told i couldn’t order. I was furious! not only because 1, i was lied to by someone who doesn’t want to do their job properly, but two my order was DISGUSTING! I asked for a 5 piece Honey Old Bay wings fried crispy. The sauce was entirely too salty to the point where my mouth burned, and my wings were fried entirely too long. They were as hard as ROCKS! I am extreme displeased with my visit and i do not plan on returning if this is the service i get, and how we’re treated as customers.

Chicken cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. How on earth is the sandwich dry? The most awful sandwich I’ve had in Baltimore yet do not waste your time or money and it’s definitely not worth consuming all the calories for something that’s dry and disgusting!

I had the 10piece honeyobey, not worth a dime. The price is ridiculously high but if I’m going to pay the quality has to match. Overcooked chicken as if they prep all their chicken a week in advance. Also as I was sitting there, I first thought they were ants but realized they were baby roaches…. Eat at your own risk, I didn’t make a fuss , I just know that was the last time I step in that place and probably other establishments such as this one.. I personally need to stop spending on takeout anyway so… smh

I cannot say enough good things about the people at this location. I had an order for my sons birthday party. Everything was fresh and perfect. The employees were so nice & accommodating. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Order the 10 piece chicken wings on 8-6-23. Wings were so over cooked. Just a week ago they were great. Person who waited on us was difficult to understand. Ask for Honey Musturd for our chicken sandwich and were told no honey musturd just regular. We've ordered food every week and the is always great. This time we were very upset. Sandy and John
I asked for wings to be "crispy, well done" but they were OVER cooked. Dry and super hard. The party wings were petrified. The whole wings was burnt, the grease was definitely old and needed to be changed or the temp was up too high. Yes it was late and they were about to close so maybe that's why but I won't be going back. Best thing was the fries that came in the combo I didn't ask for. $40 wasted on just 10 party wings combo, 5 whole wings and an order of fries. I won't be going back!

I walked into the location was not greeted However I stood at the counter and I observed a guy grabbing a chicken wings one by one out of the Fryer and it was disgusting... He should not be using his bare hands to grab food and he started to then cut the wings for sauce.. If anyone continues to eat here someone will eventually get sick.

Service was nice. The wings took about 15 minutes to be cooked, but they were fresh. I ordered the teriyaki bone in wings and dirty rice. The wings were overcooked and dry, the rice was bland and not worth it. My mom ordered the honey old bay and mozzarella sticks those were delicious. The chicken was dry but the flavor was good. The restaurant was clean and tables all looked freshly wiped down.

***** Update towards end!! ***** I went in today 5/23 and there were roaches crawling across the counter. I just noticed someone else reviewed recently saying the same thing. Beyond disgusting. Absolutely will not be back.UPDATE 5/24 - I called the health department and they called me back today to say THE BUSINESS IS INFECTED WITH ROACHES AND MICE and has been CLOSED INDEFINITELY! ??

I am not pleased at all. I order whole chicken wings and they provided me with wing parts. The food was without seasoning. That is my first and last time at that location. Not impressed at all.
