Why work at chipotle when you cant wrap ah burrito ?. Light skin girl with ah tattoo on her neck just crammed my burrito in a ball and threw aluminum on top of it.. then her coworker (brownskin short girl with glasses) looked at her cramming my burrito into a ball instead of wrapping it properly and said “ PERIOD, because all of that” like what type of customer service is that.. retrain your employees or hire new ones thats motivated to DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY straight up .

I like chipotle but once of your employee girl with red hairs n tattoos on hand n neck.she was treating with me very rudely.i just ask about a carry bag n she give me angry look.i don’t like your staff behavior.you peoples needs to respect every customer.i will never come back to your store n talking with my friends too about your employees behavior.Thanks for your service?

Today is April 6, 2024. Every time when Chipotle is about to close in 3-4 hours it’s always something. This time there was a sign on the door that said “ We are temporarily closed because our software is down.” I should’ve took a picture. I’ll make sure I do it next time

Walked in and was advised it was online only. Sat down ordered online. 2 minutes after I had ordered they had started accepting “in person orders” again to all the customers that walked in behind me.

Roaches !!! OMG .. when I saw that I left immediately. And the manager ( don’t get me started ) Did not care at all. Someone needs to do something about this store. I am calling the main office in the health department.

First off ther is nothing like going into a spot on your lunch hungry as all out and your in line to be told after waiting about 10 minutes maybe a little less that they ran out of onions and peppers like what and it was like mid lunch time then I ask to speak to tha manager tha young man said that he didn't know who tha manager is so yes this was tha worst all tha money thus makes is really unacceptable period

The food was delicious and came in a generous portion. The staff is friendly. The elephant in the room is the with regards to the dine-in environment. 90% of the tables were dirty. The cutlery and napkins were not stocked. Half the beverage dispensers were empty. The other half was about to be so.Chipotle should abandon the seating area altogether. If it's their intent to only have it for show.It's a 5-star carryout. Dine-in, gets fewer stars.

Paid $17 for to this chicken quesadilla... Was missing the cheese and fajita veggies, Guacamole, & roasted corn salsa I ordered & paid for.. l couldn't even eat it because it was a soggy, wet mess because it was overloaded with sour cream. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. Every single table was littered with debris. No napkins or utensils out--it looked like a disaster zone. Team members talking off to the side and out back, though, so it's not a staffing issue.It took just under 20 mins to get my food made for 2 ppl, and there was only 6 people ahead of me when I walked in (4 of them already at some point in the making process).Music was way too loud--couldn't hear the team members. They built custom soeakers into the walls, too, which I thought was a strange decision when your service relies on hearing people.They just slapped ingredients on there, so the burrito I got I was halfway into before I hit the meat. They put way too much cheese on it and next to no sauce even after I asked for more. The meat looked old enough that I had to adjust what I wanted to something that wasn't awful looking.Did I mention it was 3 in the afternoon? It's not a peak revenue timeframe. The line was entirely the result of the slow pace of food being made and the cleanliness was a lack of attention from the several team members having a good time.One of the line workers kept going out back then coming out front again and changing gloves--should be washing hands when you step away from raw food stations and return. None of that that I observed.This was completely outside of the experience I would expect from Chipotle. Maybe it was just an off day, but I'm not sure I would roll the dice and try again with so many options in the area.

Walked in there to order food to go, and probably half on better of the containers were empty only meat they had was chicken. Counters looked disgusting! I literally walked out the door without the food I ordered because it was so nasty looking. I won't ever step foot back in this place again!!

When I visited this Chipotle tonight it was very busy with lines all the way to the door. You could tell they were not fully staffed but the staff that was working was doing a great job. I witnessed several customers rude to the ladies preparing the food. As I was leaving I told one of the ladies they were doing a great job. Yes the wait was long BUT the ladies working tonight handled it wonderfully and the food was perfect! Great job ladies and thank you for your hard work tonight!

BE CAREFUL ❌❌ ?The most disgusting thing I have ever seen, I have found an insect in my food, it is an insect in the lettuce. Where is the hygiene? I'm going to find out which state institution is in charge of supervising this type of thing.
