Id leave zero stars if I could.Do not eat at this jimmy johns. Poor cleanliness. Terrible new management. I know cause I just quit after being there for a year. I'm not gonna talk trash m ore than that, but I'd advise to at the very least be cautious. Made me sick and customers sick several times. Other issues I won't blast on here, but let me just say and some of the regulars know me, this location has lost it.Oh yeah and there's them paying people under minimum wage.

Our hospital orders from JJs all the time. We order large catering orders monthly. Today was horrible. I placed an order on last THURSDAY for a MONDAY morning delivery at 11:30am (the next week)! They had four days to prepare for this order. The order was only for 30 people to eat and a few party platters. I had to call 6 times and our order was NOT delivered to after 1:45pm! Two hours later. I was told the best they could do was 25% on the next order which we will NEVER make again. The sandwiches were sloppy and they told us the order was late due to the store being busy and having another catering order coming to the same hospital. They weren’t even labeled. If we have to pay in advanced for catering orders then they should take priority over the store. If they were short staffed then the door should be locked until the order is complete. Our hospital is a big customer and it’s very disappointing that we will be unable to use this business moving forward. I asked to speak with the manger serval times and they refused to get on the call. They were rude and this was completely unacceptable!

Terrible service and can't make a sub. I had a simple order: a Gargantuan with no mayonnaise to go. They gave me one with mayonnaise, which I didn't discover until I got to my destination.I called to get a refund. They would only replace the sub, and only if I spent an hour of my time driving there and back. The manager was quite rude.Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Ordered a large order at 1015 am….at 1145 still no order received. After multiple calls I am told that there is no bread, I asked why no one called and was told that they were short staffed and had a line out the door. If they didn’t have bread then why would there be a line out the door. The staff and manager were rude on the phone. The staff here at the hospital will never order from there again. Customer service is terrible!
