I frequently order from the Nottingham (White Marsh) Maryland location located at 5351 Campbell Blvd, Rosedale MD 21237, but today I went inside for the very first time and had THE WORST service experience. I walked in at approx. 1:17pm to get the 2 plate meal with sides too. I stood at the beginning of the line and waited for the lady to ask me for my order. It was only me there. She looked at me and worked on what must be a drive thru or online order. Then she finished. Then she looked at me again, and started working on another order. So I thought hmmm, maybe I need to walk down to the end to order, because the lady at the beginning of the serving line area is clearly making eye contact but ignoring me.I then walk down close to the register and the older, thinner woman there ask if I am picking up? I say no, that I want to place my order. She says I have to go back there (and points to where I was standing a waiting a moment ago, where the 1st lady was ignoring me) to the beginning of the serving line. As I walk backwards about 4-5 steps, one or two more customers walk in...and the 2nd older woman proceeds to wait on the man that walked in after me..this man who is now behind me in line. I was first - he was behind me. I thought I was in the twilight zone. WHAT KIND OF POOR SERVICE IS THIS?????I was there first, at the top of the line, but the first woman wouldn't wait on me...then the 2nd woman points me not back to the first position, but to the end of the line. I have earned points on my app. I have a free side to claim...but geez I could not get waited on today at approx. 1:17-1:18pm on 3/21/2024. Whoever is running this location should be made aware. I went back to my office, now, with no lunch. Really disappointing, and I will share my story with your corporate care office.

Disappointed that I had to wait for a entrée I thought that was up. They rang me up and said we will bring it right out to your table.They never brought it. When I asked for it, they dished like a spoon of it in the smallest serving box there was. You think for forgetting me and the food they would make it up. And yet we were the only ones in there.

There wasn't enough food for a meal in the big plate even. I have a small appetite, as does my son. The employees seemed to be interested in something other than waiting on the customers in the store.

If you want to stretch 1 meal to feed 2 kids and 1 adult, this is my go-to. The pick 3 plate is enough to fill that tum-tum without overdrafting your checking account. It's fast, with crisp fried food drenched in a variety of sauces. Something we all agree on is the orange or sesame chicken. I even microwave my leftovers, which usually doesn't turn out the way I'd imagined with other food joints, but I can't complain with this place! It's not fancy, but it has good value and great taste ?Kid-friendliness: Picky eaters will find something to suit them, guaranteed ?
I sure do love going to a Panda Express every so often. There is something about it that takes me back. I still, many years later, love to order Black Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef... I get them nearly every time. I was happy to see that the Chili Crispy Shrimp was still available. I ordered all three!!! Hahaha.Service was fast, it was shortly after traditional lunch time. The restaurant was fairly clean except for sticky soda all around the machines. And the tables were clean throughout.The only issue I really had was that it was absolutely FREEZING in there. After about 15 mins I could not enjoy eating any longer!I liked getting a small discount with my mobile club membership!

This place is absolutely disgusting!! Rude staff , food wasn't fresh, The "chicken" (Black pepper)was nothing but mush, Orange"chicken" was just fried breading, Rice had no flavor..Won't EVER eat there again... Please be advised .Management should learn how to train their staff!! Should've just went back for my money !

I have been going to panda express for over three years and today is the day that I’m gonna not go there anymore. After seeing this new employee her name is Cassandra arguing with the customer through the drive-through. I saw her spit in her tray put it in a bag and hand it to her when I confronted her about it she said she didn’t do it. I saw her do it, where are you getting these employees?
