This is one of the worse locations , & its sad because its the only location in rosedale , the next location is 20 mins away , & , i review businesses , & i actually have been coming to this location every day for the past 6 months for a smoothie bowl , every time i come here its young girls working with an attitude , they have zero custome service skills , will you have you waiting in line for at least 10-20 mins while they make orders , the owner comes in every now & then & that seems to be the only time they work. There is a guy who makes the food & smoothie bowls , he is nice but he cant get the bowls correct, there is no reason a bowl should be remade at least twice every time i come ! this place is full of lazy teenager with attitudes ! Do better ! i wont be coming to this location anymore. Bad Business i forgot to mention they DO NOT validate any coupons , what business does that ? go to the BELAIR RD location !! the best one ! next time i will record & send to corporate , This franchise needs to be shut down or get all NEW employees

I eat at several different Tropical Smoothie locations in and around Baltimore. I also take the survey to say how my experience was. I go to this particular location on today and I place my order. I ordered a Santa Fa Chicken Dilla with no spicy sauce. The person taking my order said "Theirs nothing spicy on the Dilla". I looked at him and said the sauce is spicy to me!! The main issue is I redeemed a survey coupon for a $1.99 smoothie. The cashier said to me "I will give this to you this time, but you HAVE TO GO BACK TO PLACE WHERER YOU MADE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE TO REDEEM ANY COUPON!! NO WHERE ON THE RECIEPT OR THE SURVEY SITE DOES IT SAY THAT!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Vegetarian options: N/A

This place would get higher stars if it was based on food alone, but we all know businesses are combination of many things. When it comes to those other things, this place is lacking. The customer service is dreadful. And they’re really disorganized when it comes to orders. I used to stop at this one a lot until the one in Dundalk opened up which is closer to my gym. Dundalk is doing it right. There was some guy standing on the side on his phone the whole time, and the African-American girl was busy doing all the orders. And the one young Hispanic girl with glasses didn’t acknowledge me for a while, and when I told her I was picking up an order. She just kind of looked at the screen and then took the next customer instead of letting me know my order was not ready yet. They ended up giving my order to someone else and I was waiting there for 10 minutes while everyone else came and went. I appreciate the African-American girl fixing the order and then personally walking it to me and apologizing. You’re lucky you have her, but the other two associates need some serious training.

I frequently came here and always purchased a large smoothie and chicken bacon ranch but I added two cookies This day when I arrived the guy that would usually make the sandwiches was at register. Surprisingly. I placed my usual order and I noticed he was having a hard time placing my order. As he continued to ring, I noticed the ladies in the back who normally do the placing of the food order and smoothie. I took special notice of this because of the things I stated above. While ringing he asked me one question about my order " Whether I wanted bacon? My reply was yes never thinking he didn't get the rest of my order right. I even included a tip which I have being doing and of courseit was included in my purchase as I used my card and not cash. I had some errands to run so I didn't look at my order before leaving. My fault. Once I realized my sandwich was wrong I immediately returned so that my sandwich could be made correctly. When I came back the guy was still at the register. I let him know my sandwich was wrong and he said did I place my order online. I said no you placed my order. He then said it wasn't his fault I asked for bacon, I said yes doesn't my sandwich come with bacon. He then wanted to continue to talk about how it wasn't his fault. I only wanted for my order to be made correctly. I didn't want the difference in money which the wrong sandwich was more. I just wanted my sandwich made correctly. He wanted to go back and forth with me about it wasn't his fault. At this point just give me my money back because I didn't come all the way back here for this nonsense. I just wanted my sandwich made correctly. He then went in the drawer to retrieve my money and while doing so, I asked for my tip money as well, he said I can't get my tip back. I left the location and as I was sitting in my car, I realized I didn't have the two cookies I purchased because it was in the bag with the wrong sandwich which was thrown in the trash. I returned to retrieve my money for the cookies. After waiting awhile I was finally refunded my money for the cookies. I vowed to never return to this location. As much as I frequent this location and had mishaps before, I never experienced this nonsense. I even bragged about this company but not anymore
