Worst Ledo experience ever.50 minutes (when quoted 20-25 minutes) to get a medium cheese pizza, spaghetti with meatballs, and fettuccine alfredo. Pizza took 20 minutes, then it sat out for another 30 minutes while they had to hand press the pasta, picked tomatoes from the farm to make my spaghetti sauce, and use freshly squeezed cow milk for the heavy cream for my fettuccine sauce. Never again. It doesn't take this long to get your food at a sit down dine-in restaurant. Ridiculous.Edit: Rating changed from 1 to 2 stars because the food was good. Even though the pizza was almost as cold as my countertop.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza. One of the toppings wasn't on the pizza and the other 2 toppings weren't much. Was disappointed because Ledo's pizza is usually pretty good.

My son really likes Ledo pizza, so we order it once every few months. He likes their sauce. It's not the sweeter side. We got the large cheese pizza with extra sauce, it tasted really good and needless to say, it was gone very quickly!?We did the curbside pickup at the Piney Church /Billingsley location, good service.

Most of the food tasted freshly made. The time it took for my food to be ready was reasonable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the payment system that caused the checkout process to take longer than expected.Another issue is that there is a disclaimer online that indicates the representative reserve the right to write down or otherwise retain ID# and any other information used to verify a credit card purchase. I do not agree with this process as it can contribute to identity theft if an employee decides to use the retained information for nefarious activities without the consumer's authorization.

I called my order in this evening and I went to pick up my order but it wasn’t quite ready which was fine. However, when the employee showed me my pizzas I was surprised by the amount of bacon on both pizzas. One was the deluxe and covered in bacon and the other was a barbecue chicken and had a few pieces of chicken but was also covered in too much bacon. I wasn’t expecting that since I’ve gotten these same pizzas before at different Ledos locations and it was nothing like that.

I placed my order & paid online before 8:30 p.m. I arrived at 9:30, gave my name, and asked about my order. I was told my entire order hadn't been been put in yet but would be ready in 15 minutes. My order still wasn't ready at the scheduled time of 9:45 p.m. After several other patrons came in, picked up their orders & left, I was still waiting. I PRE-PAID, TIPPED and STILL WAITED MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR MY CARRY-OUT ORDER.

I was very pleased with our order of 2 pizzas and 18 wings. We had a chicken and vegetable pizza plus a meat lovers pizza. They were both hot, fresh snd very tasty!! Will definitely try again. The wings were cooked perfectly and totally on point!
Really good meatballs and cauliflower pizza. Wish the cauliflower pizza was a bit larger. If you choose car pickup they seem to be a bit slow in realizing you are there upon letting them know. Easier to just walk in and get your order.

We ordered 2 steak and cheese subs & fries. The fries were extremely salty when we explicitly stated on line no seasonings. The staff should pay more attention this is not the 1st time and if it happens again I won't be ordering from them again I should get what I pay for.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from this Ledos. Just go to the one in Festival Way by the chili's. My order is ALWAYS wrong and the staff is so rude. I've given this place so many chances. They are so close to my house but I'd rather drive a little further away to have a correct order and a kinder staff.
