Slow slow slow, every time I visit this location the service is slower than before. I prefer order and pat on the app..arrive 15mins after ordering, .stillwait 20mins for food. The north location us much more efficient.

My brother and I ordered online for pickup. When we entered I asked employee (Torry) if we could have both sandwiches cut in half. She snaps her teeth and rolled her eyes. She then asked employee (Theresa) to cut the sandwiches. Theresa says that when you give them a knife so they can cut their own damn sandwiches. I told the two employees how rude they were acting and asked for the store manager, who wasn't there. The manager on duty did nothing to help the situation at all. I am very upset and disappointed in the Arby's staff involved. Poor customer service is unacceptable at all times

We went to the 116 Ward Street restaurant in Salisbury, MD last night 03/14/2024! Problem #1 the debit card reader was down…no problem paid cash. Problem #2????? NO ROAST BEEF!!! The question arises…”WHERE’S THE BEEF?” The owner of this restaurant must be an idiot! The poor staff, don’t know why they even stay to work for you! They took a beating, people were upset and sadly they took it! You should have been there as an owner explaining how ARBY’S runs out of roast beef. To the staff, you deserve an applause for the smiles you displayed in such an unexplainable situation!

This is a really good Arby's!! They never mess up my order... If i plan on going there and getting 6 or more sandwhiches for my family and I. I call ahead place my order and its fresh and ready when I get there!!!

I have noticed over the past couple years they have changed something with the roast beef. A bit drier and less tasty. My last visit I ordered a double roast beef. I got a double but they tried to hide the burnt ends and pieces in the middle. WOW. Throw them away. Don't do that to a customer who has got their hopes set on the last time it was so delicious that it made them wanna come back. Let's do better
