Just love their spaghetti and meatball with garlic bread. Spicy and cheesy. Especially love the NY cheese cake. I can not say enough about the Italian atmosphere home @home.

Small dine in area but able to accommodate 7people. Clean all around. The pizza was sooooo goooood. They were nice enough to let us dine in 45min before close. The cook came out to check up on the satisfaction. Pleased all around!!
My wife and I have been eating there for over 3 months, we have always had great service!! They have the. best onion rings in all of Salisbury! We would recommend them to anyone.

I hadn't eaten all day and didn't feel like going out to eat. I googled for a restaurant for awhile and came across Cafe Milano. I had spaghetti and meatballs and the grilled shrimp salad. All was sooo good. Also for the previous review that put the strip mall down where they are located...They renovated and all is new...

I wish I could share a photo I called for their special $10.00 14 inch pizza, I asked the woman on the phone if that came with one topping, she said yes I said I’ll take pepperoni I got there and they charge me over $13. She said the topping was extra I said that’s not what whoever I spoke to you on the phone side, she said it was me and said you asked if you could get a topping I said no ma’am, there’s so much grease on the pizza and $2.50 for a little pepperoni that they put on no wonder there was nobody there at 12:30 in the afternoon.

Hands down the best in town for cheesesteaks, calzones, pizzas etc. Never had the dinners but I'll never go anywhere else for those 3 things. The food is always made fresh, never sloppy or rushed, and always hot!

If there were 10 stars they would receive 11 bc this was exactly how I remembered Cafe Milano 15 years ago when I last visited Salisbury. The cheesesteaks were amazing and the entirety restaurant was sparkling clean. I had to use the restroom and had to go behind the counter to the back and saw the conditions where my food was being prepared and I was stunned how clean the entire facility appeared during my visit. Kudos guys! Good job!
We were passing thru town and needed a quick dinner...got small pizza and tossed salad...salad was huge and awesome..pizza was also excellent...if we're in Salisbury again, we know where to get some good pizza and salad...thanks everyone at Cafe Milano.

I got a cheese steak sub and as basic as that sandwich is, these guys made it a 5/5 stars. I got basic toppings with white American cheese and this is by far a great place to get subs, I will update when I try the pizza!
