I ordered 2 sandwiches with 2 slices of cheese on each sandwich and prior to receiving my food I asked 3 different times if it would have 2 slices of cheese on each sandwich and I was told not to worry. I was given the sandwiches the first time with no cheese then they gave me a replacement but it was the wrong sandwiches. By the time I received my correct sandhwiches my family was done their meal. I think it’s ridiculous that I had to wait 25 minutes just to get the correct item. They did not apologize for taking that long.

Food is good as usual although the waffle fries taste different than the ones up the road. I got turned away after using the restroom in the mall and seeing a worker walk out of the stall with her apron on and her obvious chick-fil-a shirt. I don’t want someone cooking chicken with an apron they wore in the bathroom. Aprons appeared to be plastic so why is it being used what appears to be all day? Please fix this corporate!

Staff was very nice, chicken on my mothers chicken sandwich was dry, I ordered the new special “pimento cheese chicken” topped with honey and jalapeño. The cheese part of the pimento cheese was not broken up and mixed in properly, and it was freezing cold and had ice crystals. After taking 2 bites I almost threw up. I took both mine and my mother’s sandwiches and asked for new ones and told them what was wrong. They returned with new sandwiches promptly 2 minutes later to which I was skeptical. Upon returning to my table I find that they have again given my mother another dried out old chicken sandwich, and me a brand new fresh piece of hot steaming chicken adorned with again, a frozen greasy pile of shredded cheddar cheese, a disgusting experience, we threw out the food and we will never return to this location.

Great service. Super friendly people. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and I got my money's worth. If you order the chicken at McDonald's you get a tiny piece that doesnt even cover the bread, but at chick fil a the chicken goes pass the bread. That's what I call a chicken sandwich. 5 Stars %100
