Just had the worst experience with the nastiest cashier. After her being extremely slow (the line was pilling up and her looking for bags in the fridge). We arrived at 9:25 and it took us 7 minutes when there was only 4 customers and 8 employees, and the line people were doing online order and the take out line was close. Once we got our food and sat down the same rude cashier kicked us out because “their lobby closes at 9:30”! But yet we arrive before 9:30 and if she would have been decent at her job we would have been seated there before 9:30. Reminder they close at 11pm, even if they only had 3 employees it would take max 30 minutes to clean the small lobby that they have. Seating in the parking lot and now and see other customers who are being allowed to eat their dinner in the Lobby. This is just unacceptable.

Placed an online order here. When I went to pick it up, they had a sign that said closed with no time that they were opening. I called to ask what would happen to my order she said "they were running behind and pick up was at 11. I walked up at 11, the doors were locked and people were waiting. I waited probably 2-3 minutes before an employee yelled from the side door for online pickups. Went in and picked up the food. And it was wrong. I don't mind waiting little bit but to be rude to people who have already paid and also put things on orders that no one asked for. Don't work in customer service if you aren't even gonna do your job right.

I joined Chipotle Rewards for the first time today and ordered a BOGO Burrito Bowl. I was very excited and will say the BOGO deal definitely had a positive impact on the price. With that being said, when I entered this Chipotle in Salisbury, MD, I was not greeted. I placed my order using the app. I walked up to the cashier, a young Caucasian female, who never acknowledged me, because she was busy texting on her phone! One of her coworkers interrupted her and she walked away, came back and asked what did I need? I said I’m here to pick up an order and gave her my name, she yells out for another employee to get my order. If I had not ordered through the app…I would not have left a tip. I get home and my order was prepared with all the items I ordered but I wish they would have spread my veggies out instead of putting them in one corner of the bowl. The employees definitely need to to be trained in customer service! I also wish they had shrimp!Parking: The parking lot is smallKid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly

This store is suppose to open at 10:45am. We go in and they say they will not open up for another 7 minutes because they have to cut the meat. It was very disappointing and false advertising especially when on their door and website it says 10:45am daily.

The food is good, it’s always hot, and it’s semi cleanly there, the staff is nice & willing to fix our issues. BUT every single time we order from this chipotle it’s ALWAYS wrong. So im finally leaving a review in hopes they get it together.I have a VERY simple order or single time (choice of meat, white rice, & extra cheese. SOMETIMES I get sour cream on the side), my partners order is the same every single time ( chicken/carnitas, veggies, queso, mild, corn, lettuce, cheese, and pinto beans) never changes. My daughter’s order differs but almost always the same, (kids taco or queso, with chicken or steak, rice, cheese and sometimes veggies.)Today, we ordered this, and his had NO meat on it.Last time we ordered, my food and his food were just mixed around and completely wrong. He had 2 topping and rice & I had barely any rice and abunch of stuff I didn’t ask for. It was clearly wrong.Before that it was my daughter’s food that was wrong completely, & another time it was completely missing.This staff does not care enough to pay attention. It’s not difficult to read a ticket and put it together.I’ve worked in the restaurant and fast food business so I understand it gets busy but it’s never busy when I order.Somebody tell their staff to get better. There’s no reason for orders to be wrong every single time.EDIT: lol after reading all the reviews before mine I’m not the only one with issues with this specific place. Do better guys.

Every single time I go to this specific store, they always skimp portions and give me attitude. I usually make a rule not to go into a place an hour before close, bc I understand the struggle. But, when I go, I expect to get what I pay for. The South Salisbury Chipotle always delivers, so I usually go there. But, I walked in and got the most pitiful burrito from there that I have ever seen. And I get it loaded, so it's not a matter of not selecting enough. I'm fed up with this location, and won't be going there again. S Salisbury is far better. I'd leave a picture of this burrito if possible, but it looks like something out of school lunch.

The young man making the orders was smiling and a happy soul. The ladies after that obviously didn’t want to be there. Got halfway through making my order and they made him throw it away because “you can only order that online, because it’s not on our menu” (makes sense right?) The End :)

Starting by saying that the place is dirty, very dirty, the food stations are empty including drinks, it was 7:30 and there were many employees, most of them talking to each other, they put the leftovers on my plate and gave me the lettuce in such large pieces They seemed to be used to feed animals as well. They gave me the stem, the food is watery thanks to the water from the pico que gallo that they gave me and the attitude of the people is very haughty and rude, with the exception of the girl who was serving the food that was ordered through the mobile app. The garbage cans were overflowing with garbage still falling to the floor. I will not return to that place even though I have always liked their food, that place leaves a lot to be desired.
