Don’t get my wrong, I LOVE Chipotle but this past week of service, atmosphere and food just been terrible. They don’t have most the popular items on menu for a week now. Lady In there had headphones in while customers are trying to speak to her, she had the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. I asked for an extra side and she told me they were out, I get to register… the other lady bringing an entire bin out. I asked could I get my side even if I have to pay for it she say they’re not giving out any extras even if you’re paying for them. NEVER EVER have I’ve been told that from any restaurant especially when you’re paying for it. Food lines were just a mess. I’ve been charged for items I didn’t even get which is crazy. The place just had food everywhere from tables, chairs and floors. All trash were filled to the top u til another customer told its starting to overflow on the floor. No tables were wiped so no one couldn’t even really dine in. Some staff attitudes were okay and most were not okay. Everything just been horrible there this whole week, seems as owner doesn’t really respond to these reviews but they matter. I’m sure I’ll be heading to another location.Parking: Chipotle is in a plaza with other businesses such as subway and dollar general’ so it’s VERY hard to get any parking spaces.

I would do zero rating if i could. At approximately 9:15 on 3/26 i went to this location to get food. The girl i think she filipino is rude every time i come in here and she gives half a spoon of everything. I asked her to grab one thing and she started doing the most throwing stuff around. And she had a stank face. Multiple customers felt this way about her attitude. This time i decided to make a review on her she got one more time and i’m calling cooperate.

I'm fairly certain there's a floor drain back up issue as you'll often see water seeping from under the walls on the walk to the restrooms.The staff has been very rude countless times. They reserve food and prioritize online orders to the point that I waited in line for 45mins. If you order online they keep the food behind the register and not on the self pickup area. This is not fast and is no longer an enjoyable experience. Multiple (no less than 10) have walked out while I've been there due to this. Myself included.

This is the chipotle is the worst chipotle you could ever have. The guys durag fell into my chicken. I swear i had waves. There very rude and only give white poeple a nibble of chicken. If i had 20 plennys in my purse i would not go to this place. Don’t return unless you want some smalll handed midget handing your food. Have a nice day see ya woudnt wanna be you or see ya so stay in cuba beacause.

I tried to get chips and queso when they opened at 10:45 am and they never opened the door so I ended up leaving after 10 minutes. There was an employee sitting at the front counter on their ipad and people cleaning to get ready. I just wanted chips and queso.
The youngest of the workers wanna get smart when I asked about an online I had a big order for everyone at my job and no need for the nasty comments and side remarks while they laughing and talking about someone worse service ever won't even tell me if my online is

This store has continued to decline. The food line wasn't clean, and the employee attitudes are off the chain. For the money you ask your customers to pay, service, patience, and attitudes definitely need to improve.The only plus was the food was good.Parking: This is located in a busy strip mall. The parking spots are very close together and can be hard to back out of because there's so much traffic moving through the lot. Be patient because it can be very frustrating.

This is usually my favorite location but lately the staff is horrible they’re more concerned with playing around then servicing the customers. The past two times I came here who ever the little b is that work front line has an horrible attitude she looks at you like you’re stupid, her whole demeanor is trash. She rushes you while ordering your toppings. Tonight I specifically told her I’ll finish telling her my toppings after she puts on what I said last she goes “I’m not serving you because of your attitude” then walks to the back?? Lmao if anyone had an attitude it was her. Why are you mad because I want to make sure my food is the way I want it that’s what you’re there for. Why work in customer service if you have an pissy attitude. Then the run to the back cause you decide you don’t wanna do your job. where was the manager? Nothing is ever stocked. It was no forks, no chips yall have a million mfs there coming from the back but no work being done. ( not everyone now) but majority of the staff is ridiculous. I will not be at this location again.

Everybody ask like they have an attitude. Not greeted when you walk in. Standing around waiting to be greeted and helped . I come here often for lunch and the lady at the cash register is always rude and nasty and snatches my money out my hand. I brought my father with me today & he even said the service was horrible , and the lady at the register snatched his money from his hand. The server was yelling at him , and every time she raised her voice, she would look over at me to see my reaction. He is an older man so he was having trouble hearing her with her mask on. People pay their hard work earn money at this establishment. The service needs to be better and the attitudes of your employees need to be better.!
