They didn't have anything. The cinibuns were small and hard! I love Cinibun but this location is horrible

My last 2 experiences were awful, the pretzels were cold and dried out. The Cinnabon was also dried out.Cinnabon was also at a vendor event I went to, when I went home I was disappointed in the quality of the food.Something needs to change. However, the staff is very friendly.

Placed an order and was told it was cash only. Went to the ATM directly behind where they are and got cash and came right back. They gave my food away that fast and I was told I would have to wait for more to be made. Poor service. The cashier was very rude.

Got a cinnamon roll. It wasn’t cooked in the middle. Took it back and got attitude from the cashier. I just left my coffee and uneaten roll I’m the counter and left.

I did not appreciate the attitude when asking if there was coffee prepared. I would been less upset and More understanding if the woman working Halloween morning had stated that there wasn't any coffee made. Instead I received attitude while in a hurry to open my store. Thanks, much appreciated.

I got one of their heart shaped valentine's boxes for my boyfriends mom and she loved it so much!! This place is the absolute best and their gift sets are perfect for every occasion.
