I just placed an order, and I'm ready to give it a review. I will say this is not my first time ordering from them with no complaints. I did encounter a mistake, and they solved it immediately. After I receive my order, I will say what I have to say about my review. I had really bad services and poor food quality from the dominoes on n. Salisbury.

Good evening, I don’t normally do reviews however decided to make an exception for the customer service I just experienced. I placed a car side to go order and my husband picked it up, when he got home discovered the plain cheese pizza for my 7 year old was covered in pepperoni and pineapple (total meltdown) from my daughter. I called the store and told them about receiving an incorrect order and was told I would need to return the pizza and “exchange” it for a plain pizza. Okay, slight inconvenience however that’s fine. My husband was on his way out to his mother’s home to care for her and was unable to drive back for the pizza. Just a little bit of background information I recently tested positive for Covid 19 and have been quarantining at home so I am not physically able to drive to the pizza shop store and exchange the pizza, even though maybe I should have just to let them know how ridiculously disgusting it is they want me to bring back a pizza that has been in a Covid home. But okay. My daughter ends up having a piece from another pizza and takes the toppings off.. I call the store and they tell me since they have already made the pizza I have to come and pick it up. Excuse me?? The gentleman I spoke to was insisting upon me picking up this pizza tonight. Unbelievable. First this is Domino’s a national chain that should be able to salvage a plain cheese pizza and write it off or even use it for another order it’s a plain cheese pizza. I called and spoke with the manager Elisha and she was awesome.. she explained to me the misunderstanding regarding them thinking I had ordered the wrong pizza not was given the wrong pizza. After clarification my issue was resolved. she is the reason I redid my review. She took the time to listen and address my issue immediately. She has excellent customer service relations and is a value to the company!!

I tried to do an online order yesterday and had to do it for pickup then have it delivered to me. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude, hung the phone up on me, had an attitude and even hung up on my girlfriend when she called to ask about why the order wasn't working online. I already left a review on the company's website and I'm definitely telling anyone I know not to order from this location. I did not receive the customer service that I hoped was going to be offered. This place doesn't deserve to treat the kind individuals who see the good in folks.

I want to share take a moment and share my experience with this location. A few weeks ago I ordered food for a staff event the total was close to 200.00. My order was incorrect it included cheese on a pizza custom order that stated no cheese. I called and shared there was an error. I volunteered to come n and pick up the replacement bringing back the incorrect pizza. I was told that my number would be saved and I could order at anytime. I called yesterday to order that pizza there was no record but the young lady did some research and offered the pizza corrected. I shared it was a large custom with all veggies no cheese. She said okay and told me to come for pickup in 15 minutes. I arrived there and the order had feta cheese. I got to the car to check and walked back in and asked why was there cheese on my pizza and she said it was no cheese. I shared feta is cheese she said she thought my no cheese meant no melted cheese. I took the pizza and gave it away. I was kind and did not make a big deal out of it. Today I thought about the level of treatment and service we get from places we spend our money and it’s sad. That you can make an order and the disposition of the staff is I know you said no cheese but it’s feta we thought you wanted feta. Why is that you can’t get food the way you want it, no cheese means no cheese of any kind. I guess you know how I feel about this location.

We used to order by phone and pickup. Now it takes too long for someone to answer and keeps saying order online. Twice I did so. Twice the crust was wrong (it was correct on my receipt.) We picked up the first time but ordered delivery the second time. The tracker said the driver had left the store. He arrived 45 minutes later with cold pizza. We live 3.5 miles away. I filed a complaint with the corporation and no one has contacted me in any way. We do not want to order from here anymore.

Juat watched 3 employees horse play in the back with the back doors open. Wile only 2 people in the fount, One a driver. All the wile 5 orders in the board and the dough slapper that was smoking and carring on out side. Came back inside with one hand half in her pants and slapped dough. Didnt even wash her hands.This is horrable management. And the manger on duty. He was apart of it. Not once did i swe him wash his hands after comeing back inside.This is papa johns standards?

Did a pickup order today around 6:30pm for a total of 30 dollars. Tried to pay with a 50 and they rudely told me they can’t give me change for it and I need to find somewhere to break it. How does an established domino’s not have one extra 20 dollar bill around? Every time I go here there is a problem.

The delivery driver Steve is the most useless delivery driver I've ever seen at a dominoes. Pizza is mid, wings are decent sometimes

Horrible customer service. My pizzas was hard, burnt and tough. My cinnatwist was hard. Called to speak to the manager on duty, whoever picked up the phone stated no manager was there. I called the next day spoke to the on duty manager and he stated I should’ve called that night, when I told him I did, he said whoever answered the phone lied because the GM was there that night. Then asked if I still had the food, because if I did that was the only way he was gonna make it right. I told him no, I fed it to the dogs, I know poor dogs. He stated it was nothing he could do for me. Even though I called the same night that I ordered to speak to manager. This place is horrible.

They will do a 10-15 minute drive time delivery during peak hours, but wont deliver an 8 minute drive time because I am technically not in the same town.
