I stop here very often and usually always have wonderful service but this morning while ordering the young girl who took my order was very rude , cut me off while talking and had overall poor customer service. When i got to the window I let the assistant manager Cathy know about my experience and she ignored that i even spoke said thank you have a nice day .

Bad customer service. Had a mobile walk in order. Was waiting for it inside the store. Out of 5-7 people working there, nobody came up to me and asked me what my order is. I saw the order was lying on their inner counter, so I had to literally bend over and reach for it myself. Grabbed the order and walked out. Nobody cares.

This place had fast service. I came inside because of the amount of cars waiting in the drive through and my order was done within 7 minutes. Egg and cheese sandwhiches were warm and perfect.

mostly really good service and coffee here, sometimes they get a little carried away with being quick and mess the order up but other than that they do pretty good.

Between the Dunkin and McDonald's restaurants it's going to get someone injured or killed. Early mornings the line is usually to the Tillman Rd entrance and blocking traffic from entering the shopping complex and then the customers of both restaurants turn into the side street behind McDonald's blocking traffic from exiting the complex. I went to a medical center and I was driving in front of the food Lion store 8-8-2023 to exit the complex and watched a lady cut off a motorcycle to get in line for Dunkin at 7:30am and I witnessed this kind of driving from their customers on a daily basis. The motorcycle driver almost dropped his bike to avoid a collision and was able to recover but was very upset that the lady gave him the finger when she clearly was at fault. I stopped in the food Lion parking lot to watch the motorcycle rider go and give her a few choice words and be a witness for the motorcycle driver just in case the cops were called because he was not at fault and I watched her drive to the drive thru of Dunkin just to make sure she wasn't going to McDonald's. Maybe the owners of both places could go outside and witness this safety hazard for themselves and have the traffic rerouted to go through the food Lion to the back unused part of the parking lot so people could line up in a safe area and not put other drivers in harms way by cutting off drivers and blocking up the entrance just to get a burger or a donut. I really hope that the owners of both places will take a look at this and not put profits over their customers and the public safety, we will see.

KNOW the PROMOTIONS because they won't tell you. I ordered a small coffee and a donut at the drive through and asked if there is a promotion and the CSR said NO. I was looking right at the sign that said $1 donut with coffee and informed her that there was in fact a promotion on the sign and she replied "that is ONLY WITH THE APP" I said it does not say that at which point she walked away and left me there at the window. A very young man, I'm guessing the manager, came over and told me the promotion was only for med and large coffee, I said why didn't she say that I would have asked for a medium coffee at which point he said he listened and that I did not ask about a coffee size ?!?! Which is not the point. I told him she should have answered "Yes, we have a promotion $1 donut with a med or large coffee, would you like to change your coffee to a medium?" He continued to argue that I did not ask for a medium coffee. Then he told me to get off the line. I am quite sure the owner of this location would not approve of the way he handled this. They clearly do not know the promotions or how to communicate with customers.
