I don’t go to Dunkin’s very often but decided to stop in for a couple of donuts this morning. (12/14/23) Drive thru was packed and people still trying to get in so I went inside. Stood in line for 15 mins plus. It was great to see everyone in there working together even though they were swamped. No one was yelling at each other, they seemed to jump in all over to get orders out. No customers were complaining, etc. management should be proud of how their employees handled themselves...read full review
I go to this Dunkin on weekends to get iced coffee through the drive thru, usually its about the best dunkin I go to except for today, I did a mobile order while in Sam's club parking lot, then got to Dunkin like 2 minutes later, when the guy handed me my "iced coffee" it had no ice in it, he said oh it must have melted. How could it have melted when it only took me 2 minutes to get it. So he gave me a cup of ice to but in it, I had to drink warm iced coffee in order to fit the...read full review

The service by the front register lady was amazing on Wed 4/4 at about 11am. My frozen coffee was fantastic and out very quickly. I maybe waited a minute. My daughter got a waffle cone and it took her forever to finish it. Worth the money! Only thing I will add, we ordered a dipped fancy cone, I Guess with chocolate and sprinkles, and she didn't end up getting that... But otherwise everything was great. She still loved her ice cream.
